4Horribly rude and unprofessional. My husband had some questions about what was wrong with our AC and was told “if you know so much fix it yourself”. The employee (which turned out to be the owner) then stormed off without helping. When we called to ask what happened the receptionist was just as rude and said we should just find someone else because he isn’t coming back and “we have other places to be and he doesnt have time to answer all of your little questions” and “he’s been working in the heat all day” so I guess he can treat people however he wants because he picked a job that is hot? Don’t pick this place because the owner will just leave you hanging for questioning him. So much for customer service.
My ac went out on a Sunday and it was hot.we was trying to wait till monday.but we couldn't I called these guys about 630-7 pm someone came out about 830pm fixed my a/c these folks r awesome!
They were very fast to address my issue. It was only a couple hours from the time i talked to them, to when they arrived. They were very affordable. And, Molly was so nice and professional. Thank you for fixing my unit. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
My grandfather called and the guy came 40 mins late when he said, ” I’m on my way I’m 10 minutes from you”. My grandfather left to bring my mother to surgery because I had to go to work soon. I answered the door and told the guy my grandfather is taking my mom to surgery and he will be back soon if you will come around to the back. He cuts me off and abruptly says, “I’ll just come back later”. I asked the guy what the problem was and if he can just come around back as he was half way back to his vehicle. He again responds, “ I’ll come back later. ” Gave no reason as to why he wouldn’t look at the air unit or speak with me. ” Come to find out to my surprise that was the “Owner” the “OWNER”who was so rude and the receptionist wasn’t any nicer. If I could get a negative star I would for being treated so poorly.
