As part of encapsulating our crawl space, AFS installed an industrial strength dehumidifier and condensate pump in place and ready for us to hire an electrician to provide an electrical outlet.
AFS hired the same electrician to install a remote dehumidifier control up in the living space. The electrician (Roy Hastings and his assistant Austin from Hiller) did a great job for us, providing an outlet wired to a dedicated GFIC circuit-breaker in our easily-accessed panel. Roy and Austin also correctly wired in the remote control (as they showed in a cell phone picture) but the part was defective. Thanks to their good wiring job and initialization of the on-board control, the dehumidifier ran fine in the self-control mode while we waited for AFS to replace the defective remote control. Also, having correctly wired in the defective remote control Roy and Austin made it easy for AFS to quickly replace it with a new part when it finally arrived. Largely thanks to Roy and Austin it is now done and providing the desired in-house monitoring and control of the crawl-space.dehumidifier.

Both representatives were very professional and kind. They repaired a small leak to the line to my washing machine. They did not try to sell me additional services or products like other companies have done. That alone is greatly appreciated.

JJ Carlisle arrived on time at my address. I explained and showed him the issues I was experiencing. JJ explained with his experience what he thought was causing the issues throughly, answering all questions asked. He then wrote up an estimate. The estimate was way less then I expected so I told him to proceed with the work. In a little more then an hour the clog was fixed and he ran a camera down the line to show me the next steps to take so the issues wouldn’t come back. He was friendly, courteous and patient with me and my numerous questions. I was very happy!

Hiller installed a brand new heating & air system for me and did a fantastic job. Jacob responded quickly to my initial request and my new unit was installed within the week. There was a minor concern with the installation of the filter but they didn’t stop until it was addressed and corrected. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional, and eager to help. I would highly recommend Hiller for any heating & air services needed.

JJ did an amazing job teplacing my water heater! It was an emergency due to the fact my itger water heater decided to leave water all over my garage I highly recommend JJ for all of your heating & plumbing issues.

Nick and his crew replaced 50 year old ducting from my house and installed beautiful new duct work that will last for 50 more years. The task wasn't easy, but they came in, got busy, and got the job done. They were polite, friendly and did a great job. I found Nick to be professional and competent. I will have his crew back to my house to install a humidifier in the future. I highly recommend Nick and his crew. They took on a tough job and gave me a beautiful system.

The scheduling of my appointment was missed, the technician was an hour late; however, upon arrival the repair was finished quickly. The company adjusted my bill due to the mix up on my appointment.

Stellar service. Super friendly people who are so kind and patient and understanding. I didn't know that companies treated customers like this anymore. Truly felt like I was the most important person to every staff member that I spoke with including the ones who came out and did the work. Cannot recommend Hiller enough!

My dad called because our bathtub fixture was broken and needed a new cartridge so it could shut off properly. The plumber that came out said the it would be $700 to fix the problem and $800 if he had to use any random fixture instead of the exact one we have “which is rare” according to him. Well the cartridge was $50 and a new handle was $13 and the cartridge puller was $15 (which the plumber should already have). So my question is does this plumber thing her needs to make $625 for a 30 min job? So he thinks he should make $1250-$1300 an hour? You’re a freaking plumber dude!

I feel that they are professional but friendly. They definitely know their business and offer helpful hints. Their fees are told up front and I think very reasonable. I will continue to use them in all areas of my home.
