Wendy's, Daleville AL

Worst wendys i ever been to food. Tasted old and it took them 32 mins to make it. I was the only car there so they weren't busy. All I bought was 1 meal. It wasn't even a big order.

Terrible experience, very rude people, no one using gloves, took 50 minutes to get our order just for it all to be wrong. Don’t come here.

Waited in the drive thru for about 10 mins to be told over the speaker that it was broke, to come in side. So I drove around and went inside. The lady standing close to the kitchen with the drive thru head set on looked up from her phone and said that I had to use the computer and refused to take my order and went back to her phone. So we left without anything.

Night crew sucks i was stuck in line for 30 minutes and my food was cold and they forgot my fries.when i asked for ranch this white middle aged women with short dark hair was rude to me and acted like i was dumb for asking.once again i was stuck in the line for 30 minutes lol?

This store has declined drastically over the last few years. Poor management to poor quality product.

It was the fasted hard bread service for a 4f4 I guess it's all in what you pay for to be fresh! But the kicker is you have employees standing around and talking other things instead of The freshness of your restaurant food I don't get it. I want my money back.

I ordered on door dash you guys confirmed it then was closed early apparently as I can see on your open hours

Was told I couldn't order at the counter, but the kiosk wouldn't let me order. The fries were cold and soggy. I'm done with Wendy's in dalevile al.

Went through the drive through during lunch. Ordered a big bacon classic meal. Checked the bag before I drove away, saw fries and a burger. Later driving, realized I was given a flat Dr. Pepper and a Junior bacon cheeseburger and since only had limited amount of time for lunch, couldn’t get it resolved. Not sure why I keep going back because this is a regular problem.

Customer service was spot on. Drive thru is fast, but it was also late at night and not many customers. Very friendly service.

The only one in line and still took them 45 minutes to give me French Fry's there's nobody in front of me I was the only one in line and it's still a chicken 45 minutes cuz they're all in there talking what they going to do after work you can hear it on the intercom after three large fries and a coke it they charged me $15
Just for french fries and I won't recommend Wendy's

Walk in, and you have the option of ordering yourselves or heading to counter. Area looked clean, just some items out of place. Service was great and in a timely manner.

Very very slow service. Last two times I ate inside they forgot about my order and my last time going through the drive through they had me pull into a parking spot and I’m still waiting on my order after about 10 minutes. It’s like they are trying to lose customers.

After reading the reviews…. It’s doesn’t seem like they care about their service…. It’s been 10 minutes …… and still waiting

Charging much more than what is shown on menu and they will not give you a receipt if you order from the kiosk which is against the law in Alabama. If you charge sales tax you are required to provide a receipt. They refunded us the difference after a long ordeal but the other people didn't notice.

Update: The lady that takes my lunch order is so nice. As soon as I order my doggy burger, she knows who I am and asks how I'm doing. She is always on point. She's there almost every time I go. She takes the orders and is at the window handing out the food and filling the drinks. She holds that place together and deserves a raise.

Daleville Wendy's has turned in to my least favorite place to go for lunch. 3 months ago the staff was so friendly and food was hot and arrived fast. Past few times not so much. Today I waited a good 10 minutes before even placing my order. Once you get to place your order, you have to repeat yourself numerous times. Then you get to the window to pay, the music is always loud (hence why the order had to be repeated so many times) and I can never get a receipt. Then when pulling up to the window to get your food, normally the 2 ladies that were there always greeted me with a smile and fussed over my dog. Now you have 2 of the most ignorant girls there that won't even look at you or acknowledge your presence while one was literally measuring ice in cups and the other was fumbling with food in a out of bags. She hands me my drinks, then my bags and says nothing. I check my bags as always because there's nothing more that pisses me off is not getting all my food. So I notice there's no straws. So I wait til the girl is done measuring out more ice and what not and she turns to hand me those drinks too and sees that it's still me. Very sarcastically she asks what do I want. I said I just need straws and smiled, no big deal. She then tossed the straws at me and slammed the window shut. We have officially knocked Wendy's off my 2x a week list of lunch places now. And don't waste your time on the #5 Grilled Chicken Wrap. It's disgusting. 6 small chunks of chicken overloaded with lettuce and damn near dry. Alls you taste is the wrap.

Ive been living in this area my entire life.
Never have I ever been to a place that can quite literally F up my orders and im not exaggerating, its gotta be 75% fail rate. At least 3 out of 4 times I go. My order is never done correctly. Thats it, last time. Im not going anymore to this Wendys. Goes to show they must be doing something wrong when they have 2.8 rating on reviews.

Seriously, If you want to experience a bad day. If you are already having a terrible horrible no good bad day. Go to this place. When your done, you will be left with the desire to go nuts like Michael Douglas in the movie Falling Down.

Update Nov 22,2022
Thomas the manager visited me in person, asked me to try again. I went the next day and let me tell you those chicken nuggets were the hottest, freshest, crispiest, tastiest little morsels of juicy breaded chicken!
I'll keep yall updated. 4 stars now!

Update Sept 21,2023.
I hate to say it, but this place is starting to fall off again.
20 minutes for a 10 piece nuggets! If you hire low intelligence ghetto people, your business will fall apart fast.
This Wendy's next to a military base should have the best managers and crew at all times.
The crew doesn't even attempt to act like it has any sense of urgency. They hate their jobs and they don't care about the business. Back to 3 stars.
