They came immediately when I called with my serious emergency. Moving me to the top of their queue. Both of my boilers freshwater intake lines ruptured and soaked the entire boiler room with hundreds of gallons of water. Aidan's repaired the lines with skill and patiently dried out the electronics so we could restart the boiler.

Alexander w was amazing he took care of us when it was -17 no heat at all he got us going in an a half hour

The technician Alex was friendly and willing to explain what work he was going to perform and things to apply to my houses units for preventative maintenance and longevity.

They were able to fit me in same day. Brittany in dispatch was super helpful. My technician, Alex, was professional, polite and friendly. He got my furnace going in a little over an hour. Great service, very reasonable cost.

Please reconsider, adding five more stars for the ratings. I would’ve give them a 10 if I could They have excellent front office staff and technicians. I Highly recommend kinky heating, to anyone that needs new water heater, HVAC furnace install or inspections…

Furnace hade to be replaced, good response to get estimates and work with until they get your money, then to get the rest of the service you paid for is a joke. Have taken two days off of work for the final "duct cleaning" that came with the cost of the furnace. First day canceled due to sick call reschedule for second day they just don't show up, then when you call even though you have a reminder text they blame you and don't forget to read the fine print, $127 a day for the rest of the payment even if your service are not complete. Ariana in the scheduling/billing is the rudest, worst customer service I have had in a very long time!

Knik came out and told us we needed to replace the blower but it would be better if we just got a whole new furnace ($14,000) we wanted another opinion because that is a lot of money. So, we got a couple other opinions and we most definitely did not need new furnace. We only ended up needing a $400 issues.

The "supervisor" that came out to verify that we indeed should get a whole new furnace was VERY much so a sales man. Every time I asked for the price of just replacing the blower, he couldn't answer me because "the tablet wasnt working". I then asked him to please call me once we got the answer to the price. Days went by without hearing from them.

Also, it wasn't the blower that wasn't working. It ended up being the circuit board.

We feel as if they were just trying to make a big sale and not actually care about what our needs actually were.

We were also provided clear diagnosis to my furnace’s problems along with solutions.

Today (9/9/2023), Aiden from Knik Heating conducted a review of my heating system after I had to have my fuel tank replaced. Aiden was thorough and provided me with education about the new fuel tank/line. He is a good communicator and technician.

Additionally, I received excellent guidance from Alex on Sunday when I called Knik about scheduling the review.

The 24 hour service is outstanding.
