Got Gel Nails done 2 days ago and i live them. Im getting a Pedi done in 15 minutes and i know it will be amazing. They had no problem rescheduling my appointment today because i got my car stuck thank you.

I owe this place an apology. I gave them another try& had the best experience. My toes look fabulous and the technician was delightful. I had a confusing experience last time and it was my misunderstanding! Go here for sure. If u have a technician that seems shy and you have concerns about your services, just be sweet and voice them. You will not be disappointed. Our perspective defines our reality. I was grumpy and did not need to write a nasty review. I apologize! If I could write 2 more reviews to prove how thrilled I am, I would. Don't let the bad ones scare u off. They may not have been comfortable speaking up. But don't be afraid to talk to these sweet ladies.

My daughter and i went in for pedicures. They were wonderful and they even gave my daughter a beautiful design. Very friendly and attentive. Love this place.

Best on the peninsula. Love Jenny for pedicures and Judy for nails. Reasonably priced. The jelly pedi is wonderful. Highly recommend. Nice, clean salon.

I would give this place ZERO ️’s if I could. To begin with, I made an appointment much earlier in the day for 5pm. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I was informed they were running 25-30 minutes behind.
What was the point in making an appointment?
I paid $60 for THE WORST pedicure I’ve ever had! The lady (Tina, I believe) was completely uninterested in what she was supposed to be doing!
She ignored me most of the time and even seemed a bit hostile! I felt so uncomfortable & unwelcome! I truly considered getting up & leaving!
I wanted to have a nice pedicure to relax & treat myself! Instead I left that place with my blood pressure much higher than when I went in!
I don’t even want to think about how dirty her tools were! I wonder if they were even cleaned at all during the day? !? !
If this behavior is not the norm here and other employees are more conscientious at this place, it might be time for them to move her along! She did as little work as possible to “do” my “deluxe pedicure”.
I left the salon with polish all over my toes which I had to remove myself once I got home!
This is completely inexcusable for what was supposed to be a deluxe pedicure!
I actually had a friend advise me against going here and now I know why!
So disappointing!

Judy does a horrible job. She is awfully careless. Didn’t even get a discount. She files your nails down until they literally burn you and not only that but she never fails to nick your skin/cut you when doing your nails. Plus the acrylic is absolutely hideous & looks a mess. 1/10 recommend

Got my toes and nails done. My gel polish only stayed on for about 6 days but my toes are still fine. My Pedi was good and I loved the chair. My manicure was kind of meh. Nothing special really.

I have been going to Nail Boutique for many, many years, and have never had a bad experience.

The salon is very clean, Kim who did my nails this time, knocked it out of the ballpark. They're always nice with this go around I think was even better.

My Nails look amazing. The older lady that did them was nice but she cut my finger a little deep when filing.

Quick and nonengaging. Worse manicure. All she wanted to do is get back on her phone. Obviously, she doesn't enjoy her work.

I’ve been a long time customer. I went a few months ago and got a pedicure by a older lady. She was taking my gel off too aggressively, and left a dent in my nail that was raw and red from the drill. I pointed this out to her and she said nothing, and i informed the guy working there. Weeks and weeks later, i went today to get my acrylic nails removed. I saw i got w different lady, and was relieved until the same other lady switched with her. She was using a nail to take off my fake nails, and i saw blood coming out. She ripped half of my real nail off in the process, leaving it bloody and proceeded to charge me after. Some of the workers do a great job, but sad because i use to love going to this nail salon, lately I’m paying to get hurt and not much apologizes, now half my nail is off raw and throbbing, will not be going back to her at all
