I was very impressed by the compassion, efficiency and friendliness of Brian who introduced himself and shook hands. He use the equipment explaining each step to me. He asked if I wanted to see the ultrasound picture as he proceeded and showed how the tip of the needle got to the spot he wanted. I was very pleased by the friendliness and efficiency of the entire staff. I would certainly choose OPA for any future options as needed.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Katie Newberry, Jared Crawford and the wonderful staff at OPA. Their straightforward, thorough, and welcoming approach made my experience highly positive. Thank you for taking such good care of me! Will definitely go here again if needed but hopefully there’s no need to anytime soon Thanks for the laughs as well

This review is for the person that answered my called (sounded like an older guy). It was quite a frustrating call and a mood killer. The person continued to interrupt me in the middle of my questions and he wasn't friendly. Instead of informing me or educating me about how things are done by the facility so that I could understand what to expect with what I was requesting, he was just giving me a lot of "buts". I already went once in person and was seing by a PA. I requested to see Dr. Eule and he told me "that's up to Dr. Eule if he wants to see you". If that's true, then it is quite frustrating and not helpful. Almost like my preferences and requests are being ignored.

I couldn't have asked for a more polite and concerned team of professionals with the knowledge to address all of my questions and concerns. I learned tons of ways I could use to help with my homemome care

I was very impressed with OPA & Emily Seidl at my last visit. I didn’t expect an x-ray to show much but when you have a professional like Emily reading and interpreting it, they can be a really useful tool. Thanks OPA!

Dr. Ragle is a great doctor. He takes time to listen to me and address all my concerns, and works with my general practitioner for my treatment since I live so far away.

Dr. Moore and Jared and their team are the best! Very caring, considerate and knowledgeable! I couldn’t ask for better care from front office to the staff in the back!

I was referred by my doctor because i messed up my knee. When i went in i was asked a few questions about why i was there and what type of pain i was in. The nurse practitioner asked me to move my knee a few positions and that was it. I asked about pain management and as soon as i asked she got cold and told me they didn’t handle that there and i needed to go back to my doctor. Fast forward i went to see a different doctor because the pain i was in started to get unbearable and it was then he told me he didn’t understand why opa didn’t help me there. So he wanted me to go back and see a different provider at opa. Honestly, im still in a great deal of pain the physical therapist wants to see me for light stretching but all in all doesn’t understand why no one will help me with the pain management. I really don’t appreciate being tossed around from doctor to doctor like this and i sure don’t understand or appreciate why im being treated like i just want drugs. It was disgusting on the way nurse practitioner Hand treated me to begin with and I really hope that if they force me to go back I don’t have her again.

Caroline was very personable and interested in my health since she is considering more options than just the typical. She said she wants to understand what my body is feeling, I appreciate that as I'm learning to advocate for my own body myself. She didn't seem rushed or wary of questions. I appreciate the welcoming feeling from OPA staff.

Accommodating to my needs! All questions answered. Follow up always provided. A good plan of action for my autoimmune disease.

Brian and his team were very professional. I was very nervous he and his team kept the conversation light so I could settle down.

I had a horrible experience at OPA walk in clinic. Richard Ellis PA is worthless. I spend two hours waiting at the clinic to see someone for my injured hand. He came in said " we can't do anything for you! " What a waste of time he didn't ask how much it hurt or anything. I had to ask if the x-rays showed anything? He was horrible. He is the Worst provider I have ever seen. My hand was injured badly, probably a soft tissue injury. Why did I waste my time? You can see in the photo my hand is very swollen and I can't even straighten my finger. I can't turn a door knob or open a lid. He "can do nothing" what a joke. Do not bother even waiting if he is the PA on duty! He didn't offer to explain what might be wrong with it. He didn't say if I should rest it, use ice, elevation, heat or compression. Absolutely nothing! Useless! I am very upset about the whole thing. OPA used to be good. Not so much anymore.

It was a pleasure to be seen by Christina Waters, PA-C and the rest of the team who worked with me during my visit. They were all so friendly and answered all my questions and provided what I needed in a very respectful manner. Very clean environment, highly recommended. Amazing experience!

Top notch service. Adam Cornelius is amazing! And understands my poor son who has broken 10 bones. Adam has seen him for 8 of those. Couldn't ask for better care. My whole family has now been there. I feel like family now.
