NEVER EVER EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Tech tried to charge me $360 for a new motor that he claimed he put in my deep freezer but when I asked for the motor that he took out of the freezer HE COULD NOT FIND IT! He repaired my original motor and lied so that he can charge me for a new motor! SAVE YOURSELF AND HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE!

I've used this company four times or more. He is always here the next day and solves the problem. Friendly to talk to and reliable. Would recommend.

The repair man really knew his stuff! He was on time, personable, and made the repair quickly.

Refrigerator had stopped cooling. Charged $400 to clean the coil, using my vacuum. Said he added Freon, although I doubt he did. Did not fix the problem, at all. I drove to Tempe, bought a thermostat and installed it. Problem fixed. Was promised a $200 refund to my card. That was 3 weeks ago. No refund. I filed a dispute with the card carrier.

The only thing this company did correctly was come out on time for the appointment. The person who came was rude and condescending to us. From the moment he arrived and I opened the door. He had an attitude from everything about our dogs in the house and took one look at the dishwasher. We had called to have a seal replaced. But he looked under the sink and didn't like the way the hose was connected and from that point on he was incredibly rude. In fact, he was the worst technician that had been in our home in 10 years. And he didn't fix anything!
