Hair By Maya, Camp Verde AZ

I live on the road full time so finding a great stylist during our travels is very challenging at times. I rely heavily on reviews so I wanted to share mine with you in hopes you’ll give Maya a try…. Once you do I’m sure you’ll find you’ve found your forever stylist! She is so good in fact that I will make another trip to Camp Verde JUST to see her again. She is extremely talented and also so warm and welcoming. She has a private and very cute studio so it’s a very calm atmosphere. My cut and color turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined.

Being the consonant professional, Maya never disappoints. I don't even Tell her what to do anymore as I trust her judgment more than my own. One on one service puts you in the salon chair with her alone. Very relaxing.

Maya - 5 stars is simply not enough! Maya has been my hairstylist for many years now, and I always leave my visits with her extraordinarily pleased and excited for my new cut. I can show Maya a photo of a haircut/style I'd like, and just like that, she can recreate the exact cut to a T! In this regard, I believe her to be a hairstylist wizard. Maya is professional, a good listener, understanding, and always ensures her clients are satisfied. Her hair studio in downtown Camp Verde is super cute, near delicious restuarants and cafes, and always has sufficient parking. Support local, and have a visit with Maya - you will not be dissappointed.

Let me start by saying that Maya's haircuts and styling are phenomenal. I've sent my wife and kids to her and they come back happy and beautiful everytime. I am always skeptical about getting my own haircut though. As a man, I have found most hair stylists are geared towards women. I've gotten used to bad haircuts (even at the barber shop) and have reserved myself to the old motto that a bad haircut can be fixed by waiting 2 weeks. My personal experience with Maya is that she listened to my requests, observed the condition of my hair and made professional suggestions. When she cut my hair, she also trimmed my beard and I can honestly say that this is by far the best cut and style I have ever had. She also recommended products and techniques I could use while I was at home. I have gotten a ton of compliments and my wife can't keep her eyes off me. I can honestly say there is no one else I would take my entire family to and trust that they will leave happy. Thanks Maya, Camp Verde is truly blessed to have you here!

Maya is a master hair sculptor! I've had many a stylist in my time, but no one comes close to Maya's skill level. I visited her salon with a style in mind, and she politely pointed out that the style I wanted would not complement the shape of my face. My husband and I were in Camp Verde for a month as snowbirds. I was in desperate need of a haircut and color. Maya had a cancellation and called me. I immediately took the appointment and I was not disappointed! She took the time to ask me questions about my hair, what I liked and didn’t like and so on. I absolutely love the color and cut I received! Also she was so friendly and gave me suggestions for restaurants and sites to see. I would definitely recommend her!
