Staff is always friendly. They let you know if they’re running late instead of letting you sit and wonder. The dental care is top rate.

I was seen by Skyline dental for an emergency visit due to some swelling from an abscessed tooth. Clinical team was great on getting me back in time and with the x-rays needed. I met with Dr Raymond where he sat down and explained what kind of treatment I would need. A referral was written for the root canal specialist and on my way to check out Liz at the front desk (who was already informed of what I needed) was on the phone with the specialist’s office to get me scheduled to be seen with them. I was impressed with the office and overall very pleased with the service they provided. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist with wonderful staff.

Really happy with my experience at Skyline Dental. The staff are super. I never have to wait for my appointment to start when I arrive. I’ve been thrilled with the dental care I received on everything from regular cleanings to crowns. Impressed with the new numbing device. Very small needle. Very effective topical lotion applied beforehand. No pain and no long lasting numbing effects. Great improvement in this technology. No need for nervous jitters anymore in getting the novacaine injection. Painless

I went to Skyline for an in office whitening appointment. I was tired of the at home strips and gels and decided I wanted maximum results in just 2 hours. The results I got are great and I could see dramatic whitening from just one treatment session. Silvane did my treatment and she is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, kind, and put me at ease before treatment. She explained some people have sensitivity, which I was worried about, and explained exactly how she could reduce discomfort or change the procedure to fit my exact needs. My treatment went smoothly and only at the very end did I feel some quick temporary pain. She put gel on my teeth following treatment and I didn’t have discomfort following. Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly as a new patient. The entire care team was incredibly kind. Dr. Raymond took his time to review my medical history, listened wholeheartedly to my concerns, and made me feel welcome as a patient.

Dr. Raymond and his assistant Melissa are the BEST! I hadn’t been to the dentist for many, many years. They took special care of me. The place is very easy and calm. Lots of good energy! My mouth feels super now thanks to their great care. The entire office is very supportive and welcoming.

We have all had great experiences and disappointments when trying a new medical practice.

I don’t review that often, and when I do it is because I am genuinely impressed. I don’t give negative reviews, because bad service or products are their own self-fulfilling prophecies.

In this review I am going to share why I recommend this practice with specific examples and I hope it helps you with your decision when choosing a new dental practice for your oral healthcare.

THE PRE-VISIT
Right from the start the staff rather than leading with the cold financial questions, “what is your insurance”, took a noticeable and sincere interest in helping me to settle into their new patient process and prepare for my first visit. I received a thorough intake via email, and they set expectations that as a new patient they would first focus on understanding the current condition of my teeth, gums and bone health and build my first visit around those findings.

DR. RAYMOND
I was sincerely welcomed by everyone and Dr. Raymond radiates a natural ease, competence, and enthusiasm for practicing dental medicine. This is a new practice but I learned that Dr. Raymond is a 3rd generation dental practitioner so it’s in his blood and that really comes across in his presence as a physician.

MY EXAMINATION
I have some of the common dental issues that middle aged guys have and Dr. Raymond found these, but he also found a few cracks in two of my molar teeth that helped explain the odd sensation going on in that part of my mouth. They have been there awhile and nobody caught them until now. He showed me detailed photos of them and explained why they needed to be address and what his approach would be.

THE COSTS
It was at this part of the visit that I made the decision to share his wonder dental practice with all of you. Dr. Raymond, rather than tell me that all of this work had to be done right away, all at once, etc, he pointed out which one needed to be address in the next 3-6 months and that we could look at the other one after that when I was ready as it was not as severe as the former one. He also did not try and up sell me in every little dental procedure he could. I provided sound reasoned advice on what I needed and the costs I could expect for treatments.

I mention this because some dental offices look at your mouth as a money tree and want to pluck all the fruit they can. This is not that sort of practice, and while I have a few dental procedures that need attending to, I feel like I have landed in the right dentists chair to get them sorted.
