Jeremy, was an outstanding technician! This was a re-installation of a washing machine after a remodel. Jeremy arrived on time, knew exactly what was needed for the installation, had parts that went missing during construction (Thomas Home Services was not involved in remodel) and was the consummate professional. Jeremy has worked in appliance repair for his entire career and we were impressed with his knowledge and advice.

I had reached out to this company to get my counter top ice machine repaired. On the day of our appointment we got a call from Mandy in the office letting us know that our technician had reviewed our case and was certain they could not help! Bad news? No! They took the time and care to ensure we didn’t pay a service charge when there was no chance they could help us. That is gold medal service in my book! With all the services they offer I’m sure we’ll need them in the future and this one act has told me that I’ve now got a trusted and trustworthy partner to call and count on to be fair and get the job done professionally. This company was very communicative when they were running late and I appreciated that. They called me at each step of the way to keep me in the loop. Ultimately I didn't have this company fix the problem as it was going to be a little out of my budget but they helped me diagnose for a fair price. Our techs came out and were just incredible. They took their time to be thorough and fixed our issue with the AC in the visit. Our last company took a month to solve any AC issues. Cannot recommend Thomas Home Services enough!

Both technicians that came on separate days were very nice and also helpful in explaining the AC issue in layman’s terms.

Our washing machine broke, and with 7 people in the house that isn’t a joke. We called Thomas Home Service and they were able to provide same day service! Jesse came out and diagnosed the issue, and had to drive across town to get the part for our LG washer. He kept us informed of what was happening along the way, and was very friendly. He got us up and running and we are so happy with the service!
