Was having a problem finding a shop to switch my solar batteries from old to new.the manager was very nice to tell me they could do it.got me right in and didn't charge me a arm and leg for a 15 min job. Thank you very much

This is THE BEST place to go when you need great work done by great people. My fiance and I were on our last leg traveling from Little Rock, AK to Tulsa, OK. We had maybe $15 on our pocket. They fixed our car, said how's $10 even, even though the parts they switched out were about $20 a piece. They were fast, efficient, very understanding and just all around great people. One of the technicians even gave my fiance a hug and wished us a safe trip when he was finished. If I am EVER even near Russellville and need work done, I'm definitely going to Arkansas Tire & Auto Service! Thank you all!

I was getting tires elsewhere but wanted to get an alignment before, due to my car pulling hard to one side. Took it in, and they let me know they actually weren't going to charge me for an alignment, just a check. (My alignment was good, just bad tires) I went in fully anticipating a full alignment. They could have charged me, took my money, and I never would have known the difference. They didn't. They even took note of my USAA debit card and asked if I was in service. I'm not any more, but they went ahead and marked my account so I could get a discount on future services.which I had also been looking into. Two weeks later, I bring it in with my 5 yo in tow. They are EXTREMELY kind. (even gave her lunch while we were there.) Ran a diagnostic, came back with the repairs needed, they were able to do them same day, and I was in and out driving a vehicle running like new in abt 2.5 -3.5 hours. I think the price was more than fair, and customer service couldn't be beat. I don't know anything about cars. They treated me with the utmost respect. Took the time to explain everything, was kind to my daughter, and their shop and bathrooms were also clean and tidy.something I didn't expect but really appreciated. Thank you so much to your team!

When stopping for dinner in Russellville on my way to a Razorback game, my car just DIED. It felt like something popped as I parked and then the car would not restart once I turned it off. Interior lights did not come on, but remote lock/unlock and the power tailgate still worked. It was so weird.

Roadside assistance set me up with Hodges Towing & Recovery. Cody contacted us and told us he was on his way and suggested a shop to tow the car to that would be open at 8 on Saturday morning.

At 7 Saturday morning I got a call from Arkansas Tire & Auto Service. Jeffrey asked for a detailed description of all that had occurred and he assured me that they would get us on our way as soon as possible so that we would hopefully still make the game this afternoon. Just before 9 AM, he called back to let me know they had found the problem and that we were good to continue on to Fayetteville!

When we picked up the vehicle, I was recounting our evening when Jeffrey said “You know it is not a coincidence that you stopped for dinner, right? Because if you had made it past Clarksville, you wouldn’t have been able to get to help like you did. ” How nice to meet a believer that recognizes the hand of God when he sees it!

Got my tire fixed a while back for a reasonable price! Today, they gave me free advice over the phone on a part, since my Dad is 2 hours away, & my ball joints are bad. I was willing to pay them to look at it. Thank you!
