Let me tell you something you probably already know-selling a house is extremely stressful! I felt like selling is more stressful than buying! I first tried it on my own without a realtor but even with an offer from a friend dealing with paperwork, having no mediator, and no accountability on timing it made it a very tedious and annoying process. Finally when that had fallen through I reached out to the Hagan team who did me an amazing job with OPEN and FREQUENT communication that always took care of my concerns. Final transaction? They got me full asking price and I made MORE than what I would have on my own! An incredible realtor team and even more so just awesome people in general who truly care about you and your family!
