Keely Norman for quite a while. She has treated my shoulder issues several times. I just has a Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement and was is a lot of pain. This clinic has done a fantastic job on my rehabilitation. I am very appreciative of their knowledge and treatment. My shoulder use has drastically improved. All the staff at this clinic are super nice and treat you special. Keely, Lindsay, Patti, Reese and Sydney are exceptional. I would highly recommend this clinic for all of your physical therapy needs.

Exceptional physical therapist! After a month of PT with Keely & Reese I have to say I am so pleased with my results. I have gained so much more strength and mobility in my right knee. Coming to SERC PT after my knee replacement was the best choice. Keely really takes the time to explain things to me and throughly listens. Having my therapy at SERC was a very good decision after I had a complete knee replacement. I get my second knee replaced in September and this is where I will go. The therapists there are very patient and kind and won't push you further than what you feel like going. At the same time they are very encouraging. They give you a list of exercises that you can do at home that will help in your recovery if you will do them. They are very knowledgeable and serious about their work.

Patty was so caring and sensitive to my pain levels. Each time after seeing Patty I could tell I was getting stronger. I highly recommend SERC Physical Therapy.

I have to say the staff at SERC Physical Therapy are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! With their help I recovered from knee surgery really fast! Faster than expected! Honestly Patty had to tell me several time to slow down! I recommend SERC 100% for any therapy service they offer! If I have to have another surgery followed by therapy I will not go anywhere else!

The staff at SERC in Benton are amazing! They make sure you feel welcomed and a part of the family. They get to know their patients so they know how much to push. The staff finds even the smallest of gains when a client gets frustrated that they feel there hasn’t been any improvement. There is no where else I’ll go for physical therapy!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Keely and the whole crew at SERC. I had my knee replaced in Dec and knew from past experiences that I wanted to have Keely as my therapist. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the wonderful and amazing Lindsey you feel at home. Don’t get me wrong, you will be pushed to work hard, but Keely and Patty will encourage you and be there every step of the way. I just wanted to take a moment to mention a great Team at SERC Physical therapy. I recently had knee surgery and was told I would need four weeks of PT. I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. The moment I entered the office, I was greated with friendly smiles.
Keely & Lindsay create such an relaxed atmosphere that calmed my anxiety about my first therapy appointment. Lindsay made the check in process effortlessly and Keely was very informative as to what I should expect. She took time to explain what had been done and why I needed to do specific tasks to get the best from my recovery. I look forward to the rest of my treatments with them.
In fact when my husband has his knee repaired in a few months, he will be using them also.

I not only work here at SERC, I also receive PT. Keely, Patty, and Chris go above and beyond for their patients. They have worked with me on my vertigo, neck, and back. Within a few months of therapy my dizziness is much better and my neck isn't as stiff and in pain. If you want someone to take the time to not only teach you about your body but also give you much relief, SERC is for you. We care about our patients here. I had a torn ACL and couldn’t stand on my right leg without falling. My knee would shift to the left. The therapist Keeley, Patty, Adam, and Chris plus Lindsey have worked wonders. I can do everything I did before the incident with slight difficulty. They worked with me before and after surgery. Thank you guys so much.
