Appliance Factory, Thornton CO

Our dryer went out today and we came to Appliance Factory in Thornton because we heard there would be good deals for Memorial Day. We got a great deal on a cosmetically damaged dryer from Brian Hansen, who was easy to talk to, no pressure, and super clear. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Fantastic! Michelle helped me with the purchase of my of a washer and dryer. She was so fantastic I came back and purchased a fridge as well. I would highly recommend her. They make the transaction super easy and add a personal touch.

Great experience on used refrigerator purchase. They swapped out our old refrigerator with the newly purchased used refrigerator. Sales person and Delivery team was great!

Do NOT Trust Appliance Factory. I *thought* I was having a great experience but I was not. The refrigerator has had nonstop issues since we purchased. Total nightmare. Yesterday, the repair person found many "tells" that that the refrigerator was REFURBISHED when he opened it up to solve the freezer issues we were having. I was led to believe it was NEW to me. Its one thing to *knowingly* purchase a refurbished item. It is another to tell me I am buying a new appliance but then sell me a refurbished one. Go to a reputable place like Lowes, Home Depot or Costco. They could never get away with such a shady business practice like AF used on me. Ask your Appliance Service Person what they think of Appliance Factory before you even think about purchasing from them.

Worst service ever! Bought a new washer and drier from them, (March 2023) Almost $2000.00 with warranty and everything. Washer machine broke within 3 weeks of using it, not a big deal i thought, new washer should be under warranty, come to find out that the manufacturer warranty was over a year before i purchased it. Then they send a tech out to tell me it is a manufacturer defect and the board needs replaced (i had told them that when i had called them about the code on the display screen). So 2 weeks go by and return with the wrong board and tell me it might need a pump, i have been without a washer machine for a family of 6 for almost 2 months with no communication and them telling me the warranty work needs to be approved first. I recommend saving your money and taking it to a better more reputable company that might actually care about their customers.
AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE IM DEALING WITH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My used washer and dryer both had issues on arrival which were brought to Appliance Factory's attention within the warranty period. 4 months later it's still not fixed and they keep trying to replace with much cheaper models with no features. Avoid this place, their warranty is a JOKE and their follow-up is too.
