Apres Burger Bistro, Steamboat Springs CO

I stopped in for a drink while my fiance did some runs. It was great! Not crowded and all the staff was nice. I ordered the spritz and it was very good. It definitely has mountain prices but to be expected. Would recommend!

We’ve been coming here for years. It’s the best spot for lunch. Consistently high quality food, cocktails, and service. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Well worth the extra few minutes’ walk from the base. We’ve had their burgers, salads, wings, and fries. Can’t go wrong with any of it!

Got take out. Order was ready exactly when quoted. Excellent burgers were had by our group of 8. No complaints, would return.

Been here about 10 times and it’s been great everytime. Best burgers in town, maybe best burgers in Colorado. Perfectly cooked and delicious everytime, not to mention huge! The service has also always been great. This time we sat at the bar and Jesus was awesome. What more can I say… go here

The food was good but nothing to write home about. The restaurant was a little loud but it is cool they serve the beers from the brewery downstairs!

Had the Bison burger here, was cooked as ordered and delicious. So good, we came back a second time and had the Brussels sprouts (fantastic), spicy chicken soup (just enough afterburn), and chili (also excellent). Fresh salad greens and friendly service.

We took a ski team here and the service and set up was awesome! They were so accommodating and flexible with our reservation that we had to change multiple times and our server, Nico, was incredibly responsive and generous. Will come back every time we're in town!

Great burgers. My wife had the American and I had the mushroom. We both loved them. Great service and cool bar area.

The food was great and came out fast. Our waiter was super friendly but we had to wait a while at the end of our meal to get the ticket. Overall, I would definitely come back here.

What an amazing find during our week-long ski trip! The place undersells itself by calling itself a burger bistro - indeed the burgers are great, and there are many choices, but our entire family enjoyed their great salads, appetizers such as mussels as well as their warm, friendly service staff. Also relatively affordable in the context of generally inflated prices all around us. We liked it so much we went back twice in 2 days.

Absolutely get the burger with whipped goat cheese and sweet potato fries. We will be back!

I got the Apres Bistro Burger cooked medium well. They absolutely nailed it temperature wise. The burger was also filling enough after doing a long hike. The sweet potatoes weren't bad but a little overpriced and not salted. I would absolutely come back again.

Outstanding evening! Food and drink were fabulous, as well as the service from Lany Brown! Will be back next time we are in Steamboat!
