Yo Walter white had a sick car wash, but this one is cool for self service usually I like to be in charge. I’m right handed do I usually use the high pressure hose with my right hand, which gives me good forearm strength. Bless up.

This place usually has one car wash stall down. Today there were 2 down. But for a change there was not a huge line so I decided to wait. I ask for my code and waited however prior to even being my turn my phone said the wash was completed and I was not able to get another free wash for 13 hours. Worst yet after being home for 15 minutes it tells me oops something went wrong and that I can go back…I wish I could go back and not have this membership as I have only had several car washes since having this membership. I have requested codes but when I got into the bay the machines wouldn’t work and the doors would open up as if I got a wash. This has happen twice to me. Other times you wait for 40 minutes and the machine you are waiting in line for goes down and you are forced to go wait in another line for another 40 plus minutes. Also the vacuums are generally not working either. Maybe it is this location.

We signed up for a membership last year and thought this place did a great job. Unfortunately, last weekend we did the automatic wash and the car was too far over to the left, which happens, you have to align it just right. Once you are aligned, you get a green light and the wash begins. Even though the car was too far left, the machine still went green and the wash began, with the back garage door closing shut, no room to readjust, and it slashed through our front tire, causing us to have to replace all 4 tires. We called and it took several days to get someone to help us. They reviewed the tape and agreed the car was too far left but apparently they have a sign that says they are not liable for any damage if you aren’t in the guide-rails. The concern is why would the machine start if you aren’t positioned properly, that’s dangerous, and there was no time to readjust the car. They will not be helping us out. I’m disappointed and would caution anyone going here, it’s not the first time this has happened. Expensive mistake!

Management did not reach out, they said they left a VM, they did not. We had to follow up with them again… they told us to go through our insurance as you took no blame. As loyal members, we expected better communication after an event like this and some type of mutual resolution. I would highly recommend you look into the design of your auto washes and make necessary changes to prevent this from happening.

Used to be a great car wash when it was family owned. Now after its sale Autowash has completely cut back on all maintenance. Changing policy from always having an employee on site to a maybe once a week check of wash operation. The in bays/automatic are constantly closed (2 and 3 have been closed for the past 3 weeks) the manual wash bays are dirty with leaking hoses. Trash is overflowing most days and blowing around the property. The dog wash smells of mildew and is always dirty. I’m so disappointed in Autowash. Chip wouldn’t stand for this.

When the bays are working it’s worth the monthly membership. However, it seems like there are always issues with the 120th and Holly location.

Easily the best chain of car washes available in Denver, none of the other chains use touch-free. I use their membership, and love being able to come by after some bad weather to clean my car. Sometimes there's a bit of a line, but I guess that's the price you pay when you're at the popular place.

I have had the membership for 4 months now and I wash my car two times a day and is probably the best thing that I have ever done because it's very reliable and any person that's there taking care of it are always eager to help would recommend it to anybody

The dogwash was out of conditioner and the tub was clogged with hair and the floor was completely filthy

Equipment always in good shape, plenty of ports to get through quickly. Cheap to just hose the car down if you can move quickly.

The dog wash at this location has been excellent until they decided to switch out the machines. About 1 month ago, I tried to use it, but it wasn’t working. I tried to use it yesterday, it took my money but the water never came on. Went to the next one over, same thing. I called the number on the door, spoke to customer service and they best they could offer is a code for another dog wash, which is fine, but it was 52 miles away. When I spoke to customer service again, they said sorry, this is all that we can offer. I really hope they get their act together because it’s a nice facility they just need to pay attention to details, such as the water turned on.

Wow! Awesome car washes, unlimited vacuum use and doggie bath with WARM water for happy pups! The monthly membership is perfect for owners with pups! When your pups ride in your car, that's when the unlimited vacuuming to clean up the inside of your car comes in handy.

I used to avoid this car wash location, and then it came under Autowash ownership, and it’s done a 180, in my opinion, for the following reasons: 1) it’s staffed, and not just with someone making sure you don’t drive into the building— they’re cleaning and performing maintenance constantly, and are incredibly friendly, 2) the chemicals are vastly improved— I’d wash my cars here, previously, and within a day or two, they’d be filthy again— dust everywhere, residue, etc. The less you touch your paint, the better, 3) I love the idea of touchless automatic washes for winter time, but I could never use them at this location because most of the vehicles I’ve owned have fairly wide wheels. Unless I pulled into the wheel guards PERFECTLY, I’d inevitably end up nicking a wheel somehow. A lot of the car enthusiasts I know echoed the same sentiment. I contacted Autowash and explained the situation to them, and within a matter of weeks, they had resolved the issue.

In short, I highly recommend Autowash in general, and this location happens to be the closest to me.
