Wanted to double check they had the tools to work on my vehicle since one place in town didn’t have them and the woman on the phone said “Um ma’am of course we do we’re an auto repair shop. ” Well, the first one I went to DIDNT have it and I was just double checking. She should really work on her customer service, and as a result I won’t be giving them a penny.

They came in under their estimate and even fixed wire damage on my glow plug system at no charge.

Tyson came and picked me up as I was stranded on 551, very muddy after a few days of rain - I was halted in the middle of the road. I was unaware how un-drivable this road would be, and he came to my assistance speedily and helped me get back on my way. Great service. Thank you Tyson!

My friend and I were coming from Pueblo and ran over a large rock on Wolf Creek pass and got a flat tire. We put the spare on and got into Pagosa Springs. We went to Buckskin Towing to be sure there wasn’t any other damage to the car. They immediately put my car on the lift and checked it out! Thankfully there was no further damage. This place exists to gouge drivers coming off of the 160 pass who burn out their tires/engines. I was quoted 5 days to get my car looked at, yet found numerous mechanics in Pagosa who were available at a moment's notice. If you need a tow, utilize Buckskin to drive you into town somewhere that is affordable with ready availability.

Amazing people that saved me in a time of great need. Friendly. My AAA wouldn't come and get me where I was stuck and these great people did. They downloaded the trailer I had on my truck, loaded my truck and then hooked up to my trailer and towed me. True heroes!

We had truck issues while pulling our camper. We were able to "limp" into Buckskin's. We were immediately told they had no time for us for at least a week. The mechanic offered to run a diagnostic test and would at least tell us what was wrong. We really appreciated the info and were able to call around Pagosa for help with the information Buckskin's offered. So, thank you Buckskin, you could have turned us away.

So thankful for Buckskin on a late Friday afternoon! We were visiting Pagosa Springs when we saw fluid leaking from our car. We drove in and they immediately discovered the two pin holes in the radiator reservoir. Got the replacement part from down the road, installed it and had us out of there in an hour and on our way back to South Fork. Very professional, friendly and well priced. Sadly. An employee error has shorted all my trucks electric. Cody was ignorant. To his own mistake he made. After fusing my radios. Inner core that's why the truck smoked when he jumped it. At no BS auto. Its why it won't stay started. I removed the power fuse. It started. No bull sh#@
