7OMG ME AND MY WIFE VISITED THIS STORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SOOOOOO GREAT THAT WE WERE IN THE STORE FOR 20 MINS WHILE NO ONLY ONE BUT THE TWO CLERKS LAUGHED AND PLAYED ON FACEBOOK WE COULD HAVE ATLEAST BEEN GREETED SEEING WE WERE THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE IN THE STORE.
They gave me this hamster for my birthday i was just gonna get toys but they gave me him and i love Claires they are so nice and sweet im happy they got me this i asked my mo for but she couldn't afford it so then we went to claires and i got one im so thankful im sooooooooooooo happy they got me a hamster
I went to Claire's (1/29/2020 approx noon) to get my ear piercing's corrected after Piercing Pagoda messed them up. I wish I could remember the young lady who helped me. She was very kind and professional. She really demonstrated a caring attitude making sure the piercings were perfectly centered and even. She marked my ears, looked at them, adjusted the dots making sure again it was to my satisfaction. When she was done, she went over after care which I already knew but was happy she made sure she completed her job. She made earring recommendations. She pierced my ears perfectly, up sold me on earrings and made the experience awesome!
When we called sarra was super nice and understanding. Then when we got there she helped me when i was nervous to get my cartilage pierced.and she worked really hard too. SO ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO GAVE ONE STAR RATINGS YOUR TRASH AND DON'T EVER DISRESPECT SARRA LIKE THAT AGAIN! SHE WORKS REALLY HARD AND I'M SURE THAT ALL OF THOSE THINGS ARE ALL LIE'S! And all of the good people who gave good reviews good job!
We had a great experience today while piercing my 4 yr olds ears. Alyssa was calm, sweet and patient and made the experience an amazing one!
This company has great products, but the people who are in charge do not care for their employees, and some of their actions are even illegal! I don’t not think this company deserves your money! They do not use it for remodeling nor do they use it to pay their employees.
Today I went to return some headphones that I had bought because my mother had already purchased the same pair for my niece, and they wouldn't give me a refund. I had the receipt in hand but she said we can't do it because I paid cash. Never in my life have I been refused a refund with receipts because of the way I paid. The only option the lady gave me was to exchange it. I feel she either didn't want to or didn't know now to do the refund. She said I can go to a different store to do the refund. So now I have to travel 20 min out of my way to refund elsewhere
