Nice place, some items are not worth the price. I bought a mood changing bracelet there and the paint of it is coming off. I only had it for one day before it started coming off. Not happy about that.

Employees are very nice. The store is well organized and the products are worth the price.

Very friendly staff offering a unique selection of gifts in a wide price range. There are small gifts available for under $10 but most selections are more expensive. They also tend toward new age type gifts such as crystals. It's a fun place to explore.

Ladies that worked there when we have been shopping are very friendly, helpful & informative. If they didn't have an item, they let us know where we could possibly find it. They offer advice on sale items that are similar to an item I'm thinking of buying. I enjoy shopping here!

They give an entire spiel when you walk in about how to wear your mask, how to use hand sanitizer, how they'll allow you to try on sunglasses but not other clothes. All in the name of "safety". I walked out in the middle of her long-winded diatribe, so perhaps there are some other stupid rules I missed.

Run of the mill tourist fare with a heaping of self-righteousness. I overheard the shopkeeper rambling on to others about how to wear their masks and the rules they have in place to keep everyone safe like only being able to try on certain things (I guess some things are COVID resistant?). The signs on their windows don't even have the correct usage of 'your' or 'you're' but people are to take their healthcare advice? Comical at best.

Visited Durango for the first time. Went in here three times! So Much neat stuff! Staff was nice. I want to work here when I grow up.

Love the clothes, love the atmosphere, love and appreciate the service and staff. One of my favorite places in Durango for gifts!

My granddaughter is 9 has very bad asthma and the lady would not let her in without a mask. Very rude and would not listen to the rules of wearing she lost buisnesses I stood outside and warned people that kids that were not wearing a mask not to go in. The governor rules say kids under 10 and anyone with a medical condition. Hope owner reads the rules and corrects the workers. After she left because she wanted these special rocks she went into a asthma attack and there was a man that ran to cold stone ice cream and got water to help her. Rules apply to kids 8 and under and ANYONE WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION.

Great store! Awesome selection, totally reasonable prices. Staff had a cool vibe! Made me feel like I was back in Austin, Tx.
