Great experience! I've known and worked with Grant for almost a decade. I can't tell you how important it is to be able to trust a realtor. I was able to purchase an investment property sight un-seen while traveling out of the country with little to no cell service. He managed the entire process from start to finish including getting all of the inspection items handled, a referral to an insurance agent and a great property manager.

He treats your property as his own and ensures you are taken care of in every capacity throughout the buying/selling process. He will pick up the phone at any time of the day to answer your questions no matter what they are. Using a different agent would be doing yourself a disservice.
