Relache Spa - Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

A beautiful oasis with the kindest staff! And my facial with GiGi was perfection. Make this a must during your stay!

I've now been to this spa twice - once over 4th of July weekend last summer and yesterday on my day off. Both experiences were absolutely incredible and every penny was worth it!

The moment you walk in, the staff give world-class customer service, have your info ready to go, and are so accommodating and helpful at getting you set up and relaxed whether it's your first visit or a repeat.

All of the amenities are amazing - I looked forward to each of them - but my favorites are the soft and comforting robes, the therapeutic steam room, and the delicious coconut water avaliable in the fireplace lounge. Those things are the icing on the cake for me.

But what really made my time at the spa special yesterday was my massage therapist, Gigi. She asked me about any particular areas of my body that I thought I needed work, beyond what I put on my paperwork, asked about my exercise habits and such, and then advised me about a few different things I could do for the knee and foot inflammation I deal with. She even told me about an easy stretch for my shoulders, back, and sacrum. All this while providing the exact massage my body needed at the pressure level that was perfect for the day. Even this description here doesn't do Gigi enough credit, because she brought such a personal, authentic, warm element to our conversation and time - the kinds of conversations that I've gone on to tell a few friends about because it was just so unexpected but memorable and positive! Everyone who reads this should go here and request Gigi work with them, she will make your day!

Gigi gave me an amazing facial and skincare advice. Nikki helped show us around and made us feel so comfortable. Best day spa I've ever been to.

Jason and GiGi were both extremely professional and provided two of the best massages my wife and I have ever had! The spa lounge is very relaxing and the steam/rocky mountain ice shower really hits the spot before and after the massage. Very happy that the spa is available an hour before and after the massage for relaxation. Highly recommend!

I took my husband for our anniversary and we both loved it. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever been to a spa this nice! They spared nothing in terms of decor or equipment. The staff is so helpful and professional. We loved the coed waiting room so we could be together during our services. Just that area was so relaxing we could have probably fallen asleep. They do a great job of spacing everyone out that it never felt overcrowded. Excellent experience.

My husband said his massage with Barb was the best he’s ever had. No hyperbole. She really listened to what he needed l and tailored the experience. We did the fire and ice option which was new for us both! Gigi was my therapist and she was so sweet and really listened to what I needed. My lower back has been hurting for over a month now somehow Gigi had magic hands and made it disappear!? !? I can’t believe it! THANK YOU GIGI! Seriously, thank you. I’ve been going to a chiropractor, using an inversion table daily, and stretch every day and nothing has been this effective! This place is not just for the vibes…. You get what you pay for!

Our pedis were also stellar! So relaxing and decadent to get two treatments back to back!

I loved how I could book online! I actually looked at resort spas at other Denver and Boulder and black hawk resorts and this place made it SO easy!

Another thing I have to mention that I appreciate so much is checking out. This was a gift for my husband and they were such pros about never saying anything about cost in front of him! I thought they were going to say totals out loud at the end but they were so discrete! It was such a little thing I bet they think nothing of, but I appreciate that so much.

I can’t wait to come back! I thought it was well worth it. We obviously had a lovely time! Highly recommend.

I had the most relaxing, recentering, rejuvenating day today at the Relache Spa @ the Gaylord of the Rockies. My esthetician, Paige, went above and beyond to provide the best facial that I have ever experienced. She is truly the master and I will most definitely return too see Paige in the near future. After my facial, I relaxed in the lounge where all team members made me feel comfortable and attended to every need. My massage therapist, Robin, is absolutely incredible. I chose the option of having the 100 minute massage with hot stones and peppermint balm, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Relache Spa, Paige and Robin as you will not be disappointed. Thank you for such a special day! Monique

I had the pleasure of ending my conference with one of their Fire and Ice Massage experiences. The spa is very nice.exceptionally clean and well staffed, very soothing ambiance in the lounge (co-ed, but very tasteful), and my massage therapist Gigi was excellent. If you've spent several days working the conference floor, I recommend a visit!

I will just say that this has become one of my favorite massage venues. My masseuse was Rey and she was gentle, attentive, and made sure I was relaxed and there were no problems. From the moment you walk in the door to the end of your experience you feel valued and well taken care of. 100% recommend!

The Relache Spa was absolutely amazing! Paige gave me the best hydro facial facial I’ve ever had and was so sweet! Moses does massages on athlete and knew exactly how to help my back pain! I would recommend them 110%! I’ve never been so relaxed!

Moses gave me a message after I had tweaked my back. With his expertise in sports injuries and massage it was just what I needed. I would absolutely recommend him. He made me feel comfortable, he was professional and I wish I could come back!

Wonderful spa experience from check-in to check-out. The spa is beautiful with excellent customer service. I've seen Paige twice for hydra-facials, which have made a real difference in my skin. She offers a quality service and gave me some great tips in between appointments.

My experience was a 10/10. The spa staff provided excellent customer service. My masseuse Gigi was very friendly, detailed, and truly provided a luxury experience. I will definitely be back!

01/12/24 we had the pleasure of being surprised with a facial and a massage. My facial was done by Paige and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING even her voice was soothing! She has hooked me on facials. My skin has never felt this great! Thank you for the AMAZING experience Paige! If you’re ever in Denver you MUST visit Relache Spa at the Gaylord Rockies and ask for Paige.

Booked a massage for myself and my wife. Massage was fine, but for the price tag you go here for the amenities.
Free drink tickets were handed out, but no one took drink orders during my visit.
Locker room promised a steam room, which wasn’t working.
For a $570 visit I would expect to be in a well staffed environment with working equipment. Very underwhelming, doubtful we will return to this spa even though we live in Denver.

The spa at the Gaylord is a truly luxurious experience. See Paige for a facial and all your skincare needs, may just be the best experience you’ve ever had. Worth it.

Very poor service and operation. I had a reservation. I called and told them I would not be able to make it the first day and they cancelled my whole reservation without notifying me. They still charged to cost of the room. I had to pay more to get another room.

The Holiday Day Inn operates better and handles mistakes with more grace. I would recommend them instead.

Came here to say for family fun at the water park. The water park is closed and my family is not having any fun. A lot of the staff is very emotionless.
