Car wash was great. Did an amazing job getting a base level clean and then I did the rest with the provided towels and cleaning supplies. The vacuums are powerful. They also have a floor mat washer and dryer by the towel supply that worked great.

This car wash is amazing! First off you can request for them to move the brushes back so it barely hits your car if you worry about scratches. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very considerate and amazing for them to offer rags for drying and cleaning as well as Glass Cleaner & Interior Cleaner.

Never signed up for a membership - remember clearly declining it to the rep who was asking. Reviewing bank statements to see that I've been charged the last several months. Heinous business practice. Been going there since it was built; not any more.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMEBERSHIP. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MINE AND NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK.

This place is great. I like that when I get through the wash they have the towel station. This has clean towels, armor all, and glass cleaner. I spend a few minutes wiping everything down and my cat looks clean.

I’ve been a member for a long time. However I go to the location off university which is out of my way but much better. Today I came here again, and get again, more then half the vacuum bays are closed off and shut down. No clean towels in the detail center. This place has made improvements but management is just lazy here. Can’t be too hard to wash and fold towels. No reason it should be empty. You wouldn’t see this and majority of broken vacuums at the university location. Membership is worth it but not this location. Something is ALWAYS not working here.

Since you keep begging me for this review but will not respond to any emails or calls, here it is. It’s an average car wash for an above average price. HOWEVER please do not ever need to cancel your membership because all of the sudden you will not be able to get a hold of anyone. Four months you have charged me while I have been following YOUR process attempting cancel and still zero return communication other than “help us grow, leave a review”! So frustrating! I wish I had the ability to drive there but I don’t!

Prices are ok, they lose major points for the amount of times they try and upsell the membership and try and trick you my moving the "decline" button around. Some points back because they supply interior and glass cleaning supplies which I do appreciate. Cut the scummy business and I would recommend it

The staff is very helpful and friendly the place is clean and neat you can find everything you need the vacuum is wonderful they can suck up a house that's how you want the vacuum to be thanks great job

I signed up for the monthly subscription and they double booked me. I have reached out several times with no response. Had to eventually have my credit card block them. It's a nice facility and I went there for a long time so it's a shame that they scammed me and never responded to me. I would strongly recommended to not sign up for their subscription and I'll be going else where moving forward.

Great car wash! Met the general manager today reminded me of Jack Black. I want him to wash my car everyday!

ITS THE WORST CAR WASH I have ever been to. I have had a top tier membership here for 3 years. Only kept it because it was close but now I am done. The overhead brush has been broken for many months. Leaves the whole front, top and rear of car not cleaned. I asked worker when it would be fixed they said not for a long time. He said the company does not want to pay the $10,000 to fix it and has no plans to fix it soon. He said he recommends going to another car wash. My car does not shine when I leave like it use too. I think they are cheapening out on wax too. Go to another car wash! Broken mat cleaners, wet towels if they are not out and weak vacuums. I am canceling my membership.

I had to go to two different car washes to get the truck washed. I have a small black SUV and unfortunately your wheel scrubbers don’t like to clean the rims. So I’ve had to go through in the back into my truck was missed completely by the wash system that was really for the most part. Make sure if u do try and get a refund u do it at the store and in person. I have to deal with a computer after a person and on line.
