Great wash, better service. A portly young man came up to me and offered an air freshener which I gladly accepted. Great prices and thorough wash of my vehicle. Easy 5/5

I have a monthly pass and this wash turns out a clean car. I have seen other negative reviews and don't understand some of them as I have always had a pleasant experience at this wash!

Hey everyone if you visit us and as you know the world is making movement towards new ideas for sending a message for performance. I work here part time and looking to get to know the customers and build something cool. A huge part of our movement is getting your word out about your experience so we can meet those expectations.
I like working here it's a pretty cool job and like working with the public and others with a company. So nice to meet everyone and help us out with the future with a review.

Take 5 is a horrible company! I have been a customer for many, many years. I tried to add an additional car to my account, and the "system" terminated my account! After a month of back and forth emails, the only thing they could do was say you can open a new account at the increased price; we will not honor the price you had! The manager Natasha tried to work with corporate to help me, and they would not help! Natasha is fantastic! Take 5 is horrible!

Don't get membership here, location is almost on maintenance and constantly out of service, I have called them to cancel my membership 3 months ago and they still keep charging me for membership.such a waste of money and service.

Always very easy to use and I love that they provide glass and interior cleaner along with towels and the machine to clean the mats.

Attempted to purchase a coupon book in early December. None of the associates on site knew how to sell one, so I proceeded to purchase the coupon book online. After purchasing the $40 book online, the only documentation I was given was the transaction confirmation number. No email, not code, nothing was provided that would actually allow me to use the "coupons" for car washes.
The confirmation # was was went in the stocking for Christmas. After Christmas, my wife attempted to contact Take 5 HQ; however, there is no way to actually speak to anyone there. We were required to submit a ticket online and await communication from their company to resolve the situation. We submitted the ticket, to no avail. After a couple of weeks, we concluded that the "ticket submission" was yielding no results so we visited Take 5 in person.
In person, we were told that they could do nothing to help us. They are not able to issue car washes without charging, and they are not able to issue a refund. The only way to resolve the situation is to submit an online ticket. This time, the associate took the details of the transaction and promised to submit a ticket for us. A week passed, no action, no call, no resolution.
We then visited the car wash again, and went through the same process. No result.
We visited again yesterday, asked for the manager to contact us. No result.
We visited again today, and were advised that there is little to nothing we can do to get either our carwashes that we purchased, or a refund. We were informed that everything is locked down, their Corporate office will not allow onsite management to resolve customer concerns, and that many customers are experiencing this very same issue.

- not open during regular hours, - it’s a complete gamble on which vacuums are working. I parked in two spots today, and all 8 of the vacuums in those spots were off. - dryer doesn’t dry cars well - the kids that work here clearly hate their jobs and make no effort to be nice.

Don’t waste your time, go to the highlands ranch or centennial locations.

Very unreliable hours. You may have better luck winning the lottery. They are open on random days at random hours. Seriously considering cancelling the monthly membership for both of our cars.

This company like a scammer.they charge me (1 car) double for already 5 months and even they double charge me from $9.99 to $19.99 with the reason I’m a NEW customer but in FACT I already YEARS with this company services … when I asked the employee over there to complain about this they said “ Don’t call them they never pick up the call “ and give me the e-mail address to make a complaint but it’s been a week now that still no contact me! … so if you wanna make a deal for monthly like me just be careful

Where to begin with this high quality location. I just bought a membership about 2 - 3 weeks ago. Went for a quick wash yesterday, not a single rag available after the wash. Not 1. Went in to the lobby and found Mr. Andrew enjoying his Jimmy John's sandwich behind the desk. No one else anywhere around, so I asked Mr. Andrew if they had more rags. He proceeded to tell me he didn't know and he was at lunch, and left it at that.

I asked if there was anyone else and he shrugged and said he didn't know. I, a little annoyed at this point, made a sarcastic comment about thanks for the help. Andrew went off the rails. Started throwing out several F-bombs and that he didn't care about this job and the customers were all rude. He proceeded to stand up from the desk and moving forward towards me in a bit of an aggressive manner. He accused me of being rude and ruining his lunch. I asked him why he wouldn't have his lunch somewhere where customers don't have access? I don't really know how I, or anyone else, is supposed to know whether an employee in a company shirt, sitting behind the customer service desk of their lobby, is working or not. It's a fair assumption that they are working, just my opinion.

Andrew proceeded to tell me that I was trespassing and that he would call the cops, all while still standing closer to me than when everything started. I told him to go ahead and call, which or course, went no where.

I walked outside to find 2 other gentlemen. 1 was at the entrance to the wash and said they couldn't leave that area, but seemed apologetic about the situation. The other gentleman was working on the automatic machines where you drive in. He refused to give me a number for the store manager (Natasha) and also refused to give me the name of their co-worker who was inside. I eventually found out their name as I'm letting their corporate office know about the amazing customer service I encountered.

All said and done, I was just hoping to get a car wash and wipe my windows down with the equipment the company promised to have available with my membership. I'm canceling my membership with them. Absolutely horrible employees. Convenient location, but I'll drive anywhere else to avoid this type of customer service. How embarrassing.

Over the last few months this place that really gone down hill. The employees no longer use the brush on the front and back windows and barely even get the bumpers. I leave the car wash with visible dirt on my tailgate every time now. I’ve had the same bug on my front window for at least a month. I have the monthly membership- while it is cheaper than anyone else in town, I’m not sure it is still worth it anymore with the quality of the wash I’m receiving.
