This place is great. They handle everything for me and are so helpful with mail and packages.

We love and appreciate our UPS box location! We own a business in town and frequently get packages sent to this store and they are nothing but friendly, quick, and professional.

Amazing people, great store and great service. This location deals with a huge volume as does a wonderful job.

UPS doesn’t provide vehicles to drive in the snow. It’s been 3 days since my packages were suppose to arrive and I have seen the truck turning around and not going up to houses on boreas pass.

I have been waiting for a 90$ refund for about a year now. I have probably talked to them over 9 times and every time they say they will look into it and call me back. They never call back and I have given up on trying to get my money back. Terrible customer service.

The employees were very friendly and helpful when I went to set up a mailbox. I really appreciated Critter and the rest of the staff especially after my terrible experience with the local USPS.

Convenient location and a necessary service for living or visiting a mountain town. Service is good and professional.

When I moved to Breck, I was lucky to get a box at the UPS store this winter. The service has been great and the staff knows me by name. Mail and packages can be a huge hassle in mountain towns and this ups store really takes the hassle out of receiving and sending in Breck.

Stay away from here, they love to scam locals and everyone else.they charge 6 dollars for printing one page of black&white if you email it and 3+ for one page if you come in person with a USB drive. Just go to the library instead where it's 25 cents

This review is long overdue. I’ve read most of the the negative reviews and I’d say some have merit but most seem nit picky or others they just didn’t like what the store had to say or their policies and complaining about the cost of making a copy or other services is ridiculous. You try and own and run a store like this and you’ll see why they charge what they do and i think you’ll find that there is great value in what they provide. There’s a reason why you need to make a copy and if you don’t have the equipment, want to maintain that equipment, buy toner and paper then be thankful you have options that can provide you with the single copy you need. I think people forget, this is a business and not a charity. Speaking of, the business needs to employ people and these are some of the finest people in summit county. They are reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. What else could you ask for when dealing with a business? The $3 copy you complain about goes toward paying these amazing people and life is extremely expensive everywhere but especially here so please understand that anything you spend is going towards a great cause and allowing these amazing people the opportunity to live here and serve you. I know it stinks to have a package go missing and trying to understand the postal system here is a crash coarse in insanity so if you want to receive your package, get it from friendly people, use this UPS store and know that you can’t receive any better service than what you’ll find here. I know, I’ve used dozens of other locations throughout the US and it just doesn’t get any better. Much respect - the Burnettes

Owner (and staff) are extremely rude. They are the only ups store in the USA that charges a $30-$50 pickup fee for a package (per package). When I explained that I have used literally hundreds of ups stores all over the country and that is NOT a thing, the owner got even more rude and said “it’s supply and demand…. I can charge whatever I want cause people will pay it if they want their package”… WOW ok. Next stop will be attorney general office for consumer complaints. Let’s let him explain himself to the state for price gouging, holding packages for ransom, and possibly theft or extortion. Hope he get shut down. This guy is BAD! Avoid! Save yourself the stress.

I’ve been to many UPS locations- this one is by far the best. I’ve had several positive experiences. Today I had some issue with my returns and they were patient in spite of the extra headache. They went above and beyond. I am so grateful for this great service!

Your experience here will depend on who is working. The gentleman who helped us ship 3 packages was very helpful and kind.

I moved to Breckenridge 5 months ago and established this store as my postal service. I have to say it’s been very nice to deal with ALL of the workers here—very friendly and helpful with a variety of services (shipping, receiving, computer, printing, and notary). MUCH better service here than you will get at the post office!

If I could give one star I would. These people are terrible and rude to just about everyone that comes in.

Our UPS store in Breckenridge goes above and beyond! I had 4 very large boxes and I set them on the curb while I parked my car. Out came Dalton to carry them in for me and then he retaped the weak spots! In a matter of minutes I was done and Dalton and his crew couldn’t have been more helpful! We are fortunate to have such a great efficient UPS store!

Employees are super rude and not helpful. Was hoping to knock out some work while on vaca and came to wrong place.

This place is unreal. Charged my wife 6 dollars.yes that’s right 6 dollars to print 1 sheet of paper! You guys should be ashamed of yourself.

Great staff and great place to get anything shipped to I’ve had a PO Box for a year now and every time I go the staff are always so nice and help with carrying packages, shipping, and almost any shipping need!
