I’d leave a 0 if I could… HORRIBLE customer service to local people. I’ve had a PO Box here for years… about a year and 1/2 ago my toddlers lost my key, in order to keep my business running, I had to ask staff 2 or 3 times to check my box for me. I later found my key. Fast forward a year plus later… my husband and I are running errands and I didn’t have my key but needed to check my PO box - this is the first time in over a year I’ve asked - the lady yelled at me in front of a group of people and tore this paper off the wall of hand written PO Box numbers that they “no longer will check” and mine was a scribbled number on it. Over a year later! Thanks for helping out a working mom in your community.
If you have any chance to have your postal needs met somewhere else - anywhere else - especially if you are a local to Golden, DO IT. Here they actually go out of their way to be rude. The counter staff at this post office are a disgrace to the city of Golden.

Automated phone service is hot garbage. Shouldnt take 3 hours to reach a real person

Quick efficient and nice people! Moved through a line of 10 people in no time.

Second time in a row that they misplaced my package and scanned it as pick up at post office, just to drive all the way down to the golden post office for them to say it’s out for delivery when I try to pick up. Can you maybe just do your job?

Julie super rude. Wouldn’t verify address. Wouldn’t allow me to choose email a receipt. Wanted it all her way in a hurry. And there was no one in the post office but myself. Just pushy rude and not customer oriented. Too rude for Golden. Quick glance other people have posted about rude Julie too. Must be nice to have a govt job.
