Serenity Rehab and Health, Washington DC

The worst EVIL place to have a resident to bring for care. They don’t have enough linen to properly clean these residents they get changed once every shift, the staff their cover up abuse unless the family gets involved in it. The staff there is very messy

The facility is clean and odorless. The staff strive to provide the best care possible for all residents. Great place to work!

Don’t waste your time here. No staff, No gloves, Management are liars, Majority of them African so they all got their own backs. Refused to pay me for my time, refuse to look at cameras to verify my time. Which tells me as a government building in the projects without cameras. Housekeeping clean what they want. Great with hallway floor but what about residential bathrooms? Place has water bugs too. You will be Working around a bunch of unmotivated people that See a problem and just go about their day. I wouldn’t let my pet cat near this place.

You only have one time to make a first impression and boy was I impressed. Courteous helpful staff from the moment I stepped in until I walked out. You guys could teach a class on customer service. What a shining example.

My first visit to the facility was a pleasant one. The staffs are courteous, welcoming and very helpful. The facility is clean in and out compared to others I had visited in recent times. It is a serene environment.

The staff at Serenity Rehab and Health are caring and attentive to their patients. The facility is clean and well managed. The meals are well prepared and healthy. Everyone was kind and courteous! PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVE ONES TO THIS DEATH HOLE. THE NURSES THERE ARE NASTY, RUDE, INCOMPETENT, NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY AND DEFINITELY NO RESPECT FOR THE PATIENTS THERE.
GOD SEES WHAT THEY'RE DOING, AND THEY WILL ANSWER FOR HOW THEY'RE TREATING THOSE PATIENTS.
WHAT THEY DON'T REALIZE IS THE TABLE CAN EASILY TURN, THEY OR THEY'RE FAMILY
MEMEBER MAY END UP IN A PLACE JUST LIKE THAT OR WORSE.
BE CAREFUL HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE CAUSE GOD IS WATCHING.

UPDATE:
The treatment of the residents still isn't any better.
The CNA'S half of them tell the resident if I take you out of the bed, I'm not putting you back in so that means the resident will sit in a wet diaper all day until the event shift comes in and they still have a wait to be changed. UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD.
