I bought my Nissan Frontier nearly two years ago brand new from the dealer. It was the first vehicle I purchased for myself and I was nervous about the service/care that I would receive after I bought the truck. I've been into Barberino Nissan for all of my service visits and without doubt the staff is always 10/10. They are welcoming and warm, but also efficient and effective. The staff is very respectful and explain everything in detail, but not in a condescending manner. The service I receive from them alone will make me a Nissan owner for life as they have instilled a high level of trust in me. Enormous kudos to the skilled tech's and service reps at Barberino.

Upon arrival we were seen right away from the service desk / down to the oil change we were in an out perfect. Just little upset when I made the appointment for my mom they didn’t have in the system but Carla made it happen so we both were able to get our oil change at the same time and it was done within 20 minutes tops or even less. Thank again Carla you’re the best!

Barberino Nissan was such an excellent experience. So I was in desperate need of a car went to carmax in Waterbury and the experience was so awful it was obvious the salesman didn’t want to help me at all it was so cringy to deal with. But I was recommended to Nissan in Wallingford and it was awesome from the moment I pulled into the lot i felt welcomed, I was greeted by Jay he was such a great guy so personable, respectful and understanding I genuinely felt like I was being helped to the best of his ability and I left of the lot the same day with a Nissan rogue and I love it! Thank you to Jay you’re appreciated and I wish you much success. Would 10/10 recommend barberino to anyone looking for a vehicle you won’t regret it.

This is light years better than my last dealership (not Nissan). Service was the reason the last place did not get repeat business.

Tried to learn their prices but dealer asked continually my social. I gave him and told him that only for softcheck, I am providing my social. He said Ok, no problem. Later he did a hard check and made me loose around 20 points. When I asked about it they said my score was not that high anyway and if I bring some one with me in 15 days we can get approved. I made the manager write a letter for credit companies and disputed the check. And of course I went a different dealer with my wife and got myself a car. They are not honest, I don't expect any of their service will be trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them

Had a great experience John was my salesperson he was very helpful and made things happen! Very happy with my purchase the team at Barberino Nissan were all very professional and welcoming also explained everything I was signing in detail I felt comfortable, Thank you again for a smooth easy process!

Antonio was above amazing along with the rest of the Staff there! He truly went above and beyond to help me out with starting this new experience on leasing a car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new car.

They lied to me told me I was preaproved to go there I go all the way over to get denied this dealership lies to people by telling them there preaproved then when you go down there they tell you you yon need a co-signer or something still didn’t work don’t fall for there lies they have a worker there named Malcolm the biggest liar of all don’t buy cars from here or believe anything they tell u it’s a waste of time gas and money I don’t know how this dealership stays open the way they lie to people I’ll be posting up the screenshots of their lies

Not helpful at all. Went for an oil change and I informed them there was a battery issue due an underlying cause. Picked up the car from the oil change and I was informed there was a battery issue. Took the car there the next day for them to ‘diagnosis’ the underlying cause and they tried to charge $150 to tell us there is a battery issue. WHAT A JOKE! Stay away

Excellent! Pete, Jason and staff excellent! Service is superb. I came in on a recommendation after the auto body shop that fixed my car got the parts for my pathfinder from barberino. The staff here were welcoming understanding and fixed my car quickly.
