Casa Mia On The Green reviews
15Awful service. Server nowhere to be found the entire time. Ask for pinot grigio received red wine. Appetizer was cold in the middle. Recieved wrong entree thankfully no one was allergic to seafood. Definitely a bad experience especially for Valentines Day. Will not be going back
Food arrived cold and wasn't that good waitress hardly checked in us and left all clutter on table never took away things as we finished and didnt refill our waters overall a bad experience and cery dissapointing also had to wait forever to get our food and apettizers.
We hosted a post-funeral lunch here, in a separate room/area. Food was delicious (fresh hot rolls were a favorite). Service was excellent. They were even able to have a microphone for us to use.
What an unfriendly, ethic place. My husband and I were not dressed for the occasion? What occasion? Italian Americans of Rocky Hill. You want business? Loosen your ties. Never will go there again! And I am Italian, 2nd generation!
Dining area was less than favorable.food was good, but service was Horrible. And we paid 20%.
We stayed for drinks and dancing with DJ Tony. Music was Great and our Spanish bartender was very Friendly & Awesome Service.
Definitely will recommend the bar area.
Dining Service. I'll pass.
Criminally underrated fine Italian dining.
A niche little hideaway serving seriously impressive Italian classics.
From the generous bread-and-cheese plate to the striking appetizers and the generous entree portions, the only thing disappointing is seeing it all end at the finale of your visit.
Forget the chains, and feast your eyes on Casa Mia's offerings!
The place have live music on Saturday and the food is a big portion. You can not finish your plate but is good and tasty
This place is awful. Food is terrible, servers are rude, and they charge for water. Never again
I would give zero stars if I could. Food is absolutely disgusting and they charge for water bottles and refuse to give cups of water after 10. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this place. I don’t know why people still go here
Our group has been here several times and really liked it. However we went Sunday afternoon and it Took one hour to get our drinks and food. This was not a happy hour. Several of our group were totally disappointed with the food. Drinks should be served in less than 10 minutes. They probably have lost a group of ten. Too bad because it was great on prior visits.
So I came here to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. The girl on the phone wasn't very pleasant and made me feel stupid. Then I get there and again because I guess because I wasn't dressed up enough I shouldn't have even spent my money at this establishment. My husbands food was seafood and all of it was overcooked. How in the world do you overcook seafood when you're charging 45.00 for the plate? I'm so disappointed and mad I wasted our money here.
Had lunch here before and liked everything about it. So recently when I was asked about a recommendation for a group gathering, I recommended here. The restaurant was closed on Tuesdays but it made an exception for us. We had a private party here. It was not disappointed, from the environment, the food, the service. Everything was impeccable. We will certainly come back either for personal enjoyment or company events. May come back on one of the music nights.
On August 26th, at 12: 50 am, I wish to express my ongoing experience with this establishment. Over the past two years, I have frequented this establishment sporadically and initially found their service to be satisfactory. However, after expressing my personal opinion currently to date, I encountered a concerning incident wherein I was threatened with expulsion from the premises and the prospect of involving law enforcement was raised. I possess video evidence that supports this claim that made me feel unsafe at that current moment and documented the interaction.
Subsequent to this incident, I observed an inexplicable shift in the staff's attitude towards me. Despite my loyalty as a military veteran who has consistently supported their business by bringing along friends and family, I found myself isolated. The establishment suffers from a shortage of bartenders, resulting in protracted wait times for beverages. The restroom facilities designated for women were consistently inadequately maintained, which was particularly noticeable due to their public accessibility.
Moreover, the establishment's DJ and staff seems entrenched in a time period defined by outdated musical choices, with an unchanging playlist primarily spanning Latin, 70s, 80s, and 90s genres, occasionally featuring a minimal selection from the 2000s. The repetitiveness of the DJ's set on Fridays and Saturdays further contributes to a sense of stagnation.
It is essential to mention that the pricing of drinks within the establishment is notably steep. Overall, the cumulative experience conveys a misleading impression, and it appears that a sense of welcome is not extended uniformly to all patrons.
I visited sporadically for 2 years. Service was okay, but I was threatened and isolated after sharing my opinion. Staff changed, service suffered due to bartender shortage, and restrooms were unhygienic. Outdated DJ and high drink prices. Unwelcoming to a diverse patron like me, sharing my account.
