I was in so much pain, barely slept all night. My back locked up, could barely walk or get in my car to drive to Mark. I was able to walk and climb up into my Jeep minutes after my massage ended. I highly recommend Mark, his knowledge and massage expertise is above and beyond. This is undoubtedly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I recently visited Dharma Wellness for a healing energy reiki session with Lisa, who truly is a warm and talented healer. At the start of my session, Lisa took the time to carefully explain her heart-full approach, and ask if I had any questions or particular goals for our time together. I instantly felt seen, heard, and well cared for. The session was not only healing (and comforting and peaceful), but also illuminating! We are so very lucky that Lisa is so gracious to share her gift of intuitive messaging with us. I can’t wait to see Lisa at Dharma Wellness again!

I chose Dharma Massage and Wellness from reading reviews, so I wanted to include one of my own. I needed more than a typical massage. I have chronic pain in my upper trapezius muscle, as well as a significant amount of muscle tension in my neck and wanted to find someone that would help me heal. Dharma Massage lives up to its excellent reviews. Mark is absolutely amazing: intuitive, kind, professional, gifted, and incredibly knowledgeable.

This review is for Mark's prenatal massage. I've been seeing Mark 2x a month since the beginning of my pregnancy. He is extremely knowledgeable about how your body changes throughout pregnancy and anticipates certain areas of stress as you progress. Even after I could no longer lay on my back or stomach, he has many different techniques and an adjustable table to make the massage effective and comfortable even during my most uncomfortable months. He clearly has a lot of experience and education working with pregnant women. I am 8 months pregnant now and have had a more comfortable pregnancy because of him.

I’ve been a client of Mark’s for the last year and he’s become a valued part of my life and well being. He is supportive physically, emotionally and spiritually. My time there is more than just a massage, it’s a reset. I strongly encourage people who value themselves to sign up at Dharma therapy.

I generally don’t have Massages but,
I was at our Son and Daughter’s home and she had to give up her Massage and asked if I wanted to go in her place.
I did go and am so glad that I did because. Mark gave me such a GREAT MASSAGE. The man is PHENOMENAL! He told me what he was doing and why because I am a little older and I have a few Tics in my body and almost a week later I feel GREAT!
