Kravin Pho reviews
14First time coming to this place. I tried the Shredded Pork Skin Rolls and really like it. I liked the dipping sauce that came with it as well. The pho was very good too. Nice broth! Perfect for a snowy day. The Vietnamese coffee was very good too. I ordered two cups! You should take a look on the stuff that they sell in the corner too. I got a couple things and liked them all. Very authentic place to eat!
Best banh mi I’ve ever had. I travel 30 minutes here once a week just for their sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and try it. I’ve had banh mi in every city I’ve visited in the country and this place does it right.
One local Vietnamese recommended me here. The broth of the pho is very good. The ox tail is tender and good flavored. The viet coffee is extra strong compared to others. Very decent. Will come back.
I am a fan of Vietnamese food and thankfully the family-owned restaurant didn’t let me down! Enjoyed the P9 Bún bò Huế and fresh soybean milk. Definitely will revisit next time.
Great pho, but soy milk is definitely not fresh (I even double checked by asking). It tastes distinctively like a brand of bottled soy milk, I wouldn’t pay $5 for it if I knew.
My girlfriend and I come here very often she loves the Pho Ga and I really enjoy the wonton egg noodle soup. They're both very flavorful. The service here is also great, the staff is polite and friendly.
I am a resident of Connecticut.
This is the best pho restaurant in Hartford.
I wonder if it's something like poran that soothes the soul.
It is a pho with a rich meat broth flavor.
I think I revisited it more than 10 times. It feels like a family run business and the servers are friendly.
When I go, I eat the most expensive meat, Ultimate Meat, which costs $18 haha. They all look like the same photos, but they were all taken on different days.
I've been to both Po Boston and 501, and this one is an emerging powerhouse. I heard the other places have lost their original intention. I just feel so so so.
Best Pho ever! I would give 10 stars if I could.
All photos are taken on different days!
Has the p1 large and the spring rolls. Pretty solid eats. Service was fast. Atmosphere is perfect for a quick business lunch. Though if going for lunch, careful about that pho drowsiness right after. It will pho sure make you a little full and sleepy. But worth it. 16$ a bowl isn’t too bad either. Food was hot. Table was clean. Nothing bad to say. I was in and out quickly for lunch in the middle of the day
By far the best Pho I’ve ever had! Homemade taste, Great service, & Welcoming Restaurant! The homemade spring rolls tho! … CHEFs Kiss… Thank you so much & see you soon!
I absolutely love this place! Incredible and authentic beef pho and pork vermicelli. If you’re deciding whether or not to eat here, just do it.
Big fan of Vietnamese cuisine. Stumbled upon this place by chance. Some of the best I have ever had.
Great find a couple of miles off of I 84S, located in an ethnic area of south Hartford. Street parking mainly, though there is an unpaved lot next door but not sure who can park there. Restaurant is run by a Vietnamese family and I have to say, cook makes very authentic food and with some options you don't typically see at Pho places (pork skin and beef goi cuon vs commonly found shrimp summer rolls) Also wonton noodle (mi hoanh thanh) soup on the menu. Broth in both soups were silky and delicious. Wanted to get banh mi but no bread today unfortunately. Otherwise, highly recommend.
The abaolute best pho in the Hartford, Connecticut area hands down. Their special pho with ox tail is soooooooo goooooood!
Ordered a special pho and vermicelli. Both were good. The marinated pork in vermicelli was amazingly good.
