Extremely professional. When Heather heard my wife would would be home from rehab in less than a week she quickly called Ashley to set up a consultation. My chairlift was installed with 2 days to spare. Great job too by the installer who filled in for Jimmy Haney. Also a high quality product made in the USA.

This company is 5 star… …Equally 5 star is the technician who came to install our Bruno stairlifts (2 of em). The product is quality A. The service is outstanding. Jimmy was stellar. Very professional, efficient, personal — and always concerned about quality installation. Explanations regarding how to operate and measures to take for safety operation of the stairlifts was excellent. The face of a quality company is the service people you meet — and Jimmy was 5 star. Appreciate the excellent installation.

Eric was efficient, pleasant, helpful and did a wonderful job installing our rental ramp! It makes a difference to have a company like Lifeway during such a stressful time for us.

Excellent experience. No pushy salesman, just straight up and plain. Very easy to understand and did not have a doubt about what to expect. The Installer was nice and professional and gave great instructions. Again just straight up and plain. Price is not bad for the time period and easy to extend the rental if need be. Plus decent terms to go from rent to buy.

One of my stairlifts just stopped working. Joshua G came out. He was extremely polite and explained to me about the fees even before he began. He then explained why it stopped. It was the wire underneath. He fixed it quickly and efficiently. Then he checked my other chair and tightened the seat which kept falling down. He also explained the toggle switches and told me how to operate them for the best use. He was conscientious, polite, and efficient and from what I could see, honest. I highly recommend him. Lifeway Mobility is fortunate to have Joshua Rodriguez as an employee.

Very easy to do business with. The person who installed was very good. Explained how everything worked and was very helpful. I highly recommend!

In October, 2021, we purchased two chair lifts from Lifeway. One year four months later one broke down. THe cost of a visit from a repairman was$215.00 (for less than an hour's work). Had we needed a battery, that would have cost $130.00 extra. WE incurred these costs after having the chairs for less than a year and a half. Anyone considering dealing with Lifeway has to be aware of these absurd charges.
