Milkcraft, Fairfield CT

This was my first time coming here and the service i received was absolutely horrible. As i was trying to pay for my overpriced scoop of ice cream that came out to $12.00 one of the employees or manager (not sure of his job title) snatched my debit card out of my hand and placed it in the card reader. I felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable at this establishment and was hesitant to even go through with my ice cream order. The ice cream was decent not worth the price or the attitudes of the employees. The waffle cone melts the ice cream so if you don’t eat it all at once you’ll have ice cream soup before you know it. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Take your money to a place that offers quality customer service as well as a good product. I am going to try to insert a photo of the rude man that snatched my debit card out of my hand as i was trying to pay. Overall terrible experience and i would never come back.

My son and I love milkcraft. So I have family visiting from Michigan so I took my grandbaby to milkcraft and she fell in love with it her favorite is strawberry balsamic in a bubble waffle cone. Prices are reasonable I like the different flavors they have. A must try ice cream parlor. They will have a milkcraft also coming to Bridgeport, Connecticut soon️

Ice creams are too sweet. Too much sugar in there! I couldn't eat whole Ice cream and throwed it away.

The prices are ridiculous to start.and the "managers" are usually just standing around. My family and I waited around 30 minutes just in line then another15-20 just waiting for ice cream.

Super tasty. Been here a couple of times. Still much of the menu I need to try, but a good local find for sure

This place is terrible! Rude staff! Overly expensive ice cream (I got 1 cone and it was $9$). Defiantly not worth the trip. I would not recommend milk craft to anyone!

Frankly not worth the price or the wait. I've had soft serve from McDonalds that was better. Don't fall into the hype

This is some of the best I've cream I have ever had! I got the cookie butter and the bourbon breakfast and it was worth every penny. I loved watching them make the ice cream fresh with the liquid nitrogen and the flavor was so rich and delicious it was the perfect treat. Plus the music and the atmosphere both indoors and outdoors was excellent. I will definitely be back here next time I'm craving some ice cream!

Creative, delicious ice cream flavors! I had churro ice cream that actually tasted like a churro. I was seriously impressed. The order board is a bit overwhelming, but it makes sense eventually. I will go back to try all the flavors!

What can I say. I'm a native NYer with the best ice cream in the world on every other block. Except Milkcraft. There is something about CT dairy that really almost makes being in Connecticut worthwhile. Maybe they can open up in Brooklyn and save me the trip.

If you like trying new things - this is for you. Bubble waffle is definitely worth trying. I’ve tried Bourbon, Coffee and Roasted banana. Bourbon was less sweet than other 2. I liked banana the most:) 8$ for ice cream.but worth trying:)

The ice cream is good but the menu is confusing, the crappy music loud and the prices are high. Liquid nitrogen is awesome but overall experience not good. I will not be back

Rather pricey but that Mexican chocolate dolce de leche in a church bubble cone was AMAZING. Definitely coming back (when I feel like spending a bunch)

Oh my goodness this place is amazing! Loved the ice cream- it's very small and the line was insane, but they handled everything quickly and professionally.

I was today with my wife and her family, she have 8 months pregnant, she ask for a bathroom and the best answer was "you can go to the next restaurant, we sorry but we don't have bathroom. " Are you serious! Is a pregnant woman! This is so sad, see people like that.

Great atmosphere. But watch out for the blue ice cream that dye is in your system for a few days.

I’ve been wanting to try Milkcraft since it opened. I decided to try it yesterday on my lunch break. The atmosphere is nice and the concept of the cone was really cool. However, the price was insane and it tasted like I was eating butter. 3 minutes into it I felt sick. I tried the blue cookie butter and it turned my mouth blue. The consistency is not ice cream. Not worth the price and not worth the hype. Live and learn.

Nice take on ice cream with funky cones, cups, and toppings in a cool looking place. The ice cream itself is very tasty as are the toppings. It can get expensive with all the add-ons, but worth trying at least once.

Definitely worth going for the experience (must get a bubble cone). Ice cream is extremely dense and flavorful, a little too much for my liking. Very cool place to visit though for something different!

Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 plain scoops of ice cream. At least 8 people with elaborate orders who came after me served first. I got 1/2 my order and by the time the second part came the first scoop completely melted. Staff rude - non responsive. Not worth the price. Go to Sunnie Daes SOOO much better
