New soho nail&spa, East Hampton CT

Terrible. Had an appointment they did not acknowledge. Waited 40 minutes to watch them finish other's pedicures then try to rush them through their manicures to get to my daughtersand I. Another woman ahead of us who also had appointment. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional.

Sugar nails is amazing! I’ve been here several times, and every time I’ve
been impressed by the staff and the services i’ve received. I’ve gotten acrylic tips with powder a few times, and my nails always look fabulous and stay on for 3+ weeks. They’re also great with waxing and massages! Highly recommend if you’re in the Marlborough/East Hampton area!

These are new owners and they are great! I am so much happier with the quality now. I will definitely start coming back here again.

I love this place, they fit me in as a walk in, went above and beyond, I didn't feel rushed, they give shoulder massages before you leave, very fair pricing too, I got one of the deluxe pedis and OMG I've never been more relaxed. Very respectful, quiet as well, clean tools used, very friendly and patient. I can't wait to go back! 100/100 stars! Best pedicure experience ever!

I always get the dip nails. Their is such a wide variety of colors to choose from. I always get something different. The dipped nails last a lot longer then gel. My nails always turn out great! I come here often.

Always wonderful and pleasant experience. The ladies are always nice and friendly. Kid friendly too.

Went in for an appointment I had for 330pm (on time) …Waited 15 minutes and still wasn’t seen. Kept telling me “ 1 minute, 1 minute” 5 people working but no one thought to give me the book of colors for gel nails during my wait. I had to get up and search it out myself…Finally after the last “1 minute” and looking through the boring 80’s none updated book of gel nail selection they had…I walked out. Don’t waste your time or money here. Unless you don’t have anywhere to be that day.

Great experience! Don't feel rushed and they give you complimentary bottled water. Very nice owners and accommodating.

A great nail shop. The staff here are warm and kind, and the boss is beautiful and friendly. My friends and I like the manicure technique of this shop and their kindness. I will go there again.

I am so Happy with this Nail salon, they are so GREAT! My gel manicure lasts and lasts without any chipping. I had them done just before we went away to ST. John USVI for 3 weeks and I didn't have one nail chip! I was in the water everyday for hours too! Love this place:)

This place is amazing. I went in today to fix a rather awful set from another salon. They actually LISTENED to me and made this experience one thousand times better. I recommend to anyone, get your nails done here!

I got a pedicure which was wonderful! She took her time and timed the massage which is a huge plus, so relaxing!

Not related to my pedicure experience but management. I had a gift card to use to Soho that I was given to me after bringing my entire wedding party to their salon to all get pedicures and manicures and as a thank you for bringing them all that business they gave me a gift card to use. I attempted to use it less then a year later and they told me they are under new ownership and won't accept the $50 gift card. This is terrible business on their part. For one I would have had a small balance on the card therefore I would be returning to use the last few dollars which would result in more business. Plus I later looked on their Facebook page to find no notification of using gift cards within a certain time frame and on top of that it's still the same name so the gift card should be valid. Because of poor business this highly discourages me from returning or recommending them.

I went today with my 10 year old daughter and had the best pedicure I’ve ever had. They were clean, friendly and on time! We both decided to have a spa pedicure, the two men who did our pedicures were so kind and gentle. They listened to our request, I do not like the Callous treatment and requested to not have it my daughter is very ticklish and they remained still so gentle and patient with her. When we finished the pedicure, we both got 10 minute back massages that are included. It was so relaxing! I will without a doubt be back again! We had such a great time together.

I walked in with 2 others in my party. There was barely a wait for eyebrow waxing - in and out in 20 minutes. All of our brows were perfect! Definitely the spot in town to trust for an eyebrow wax.
