Team Luciani had a great first day on my houses demo of the basement. She and Ivan showed up at the agreed time and immediately got to work. They were able to pull up most of the basement floor and laundry drywall and mitigate the mold in those rooms.

We had a fire in our garage and smoke damage in our house. We called our insurance company at 2: 00am and the members of Team Luciani from ServePro Fairfield/Westport began to arrive at 9: 00am. For the next 10 days Veronica, Chelly, Angel, Elizabeth, Rozareo and I am sure I am missing a few names were simply amazing. Our house never looked so good! The team cleaned every room from top to bottom including closets, drawers, floors, woodwork, walls and ceiling. They even steamed cleaned rugs, furniture, and sent draperies and clothes to dry cleaners. They also brought in equipment to purify the air. Everyone was professional, expert at their craft, friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Excellent job … we can’t thank you enough!
