Zuppardi's Apizza, West Haven CT

Been awhile since we were here did not disappoint just as good as ever. Thank you for squeezing us in at last minute of the evening.

Wow.absolutely worth a trip to visit this historic and DELICIOUS apizza joint. Enjoy; you won't be disappointed. Also a great little selection of beer to boot.

This place not only has some of the best pizza I ever had (I'm from Brooklyn), great Italian ice for desert, But really what makes this place special is the family who owns it and the neighborhood vibe in there. Takes me back to my Brooklyn upbringing in the 90's. Love this place I drive out of my way to come here.

One of the best pizza places in Connecticut. So much better than pepe's. Must have the sausage and mushroom.

We have been going to your pizza place when we lived here 20 years ago. Every time we come to CT we make it a point to eat here every time and we will continue to do so. You have not changed in 20 plus years. Same great quality and waitress who are extremely friendly. If I could give you 6 stars I would.

Got mine shipped from Goldbelly to SC. This is some mighty fine pizza. It seems to have a nice cheesy taco taste. Delicious! The aftertaste will stay with you throughout that day.

One of Connecticut's greater Pizza palaces. They all you pizza. I think it was a wild who would want anything else? Right up there with Pepe's and Sally's in New Haven. We went for mushroom and sausage. It was amazing

It was awful. We were suppose to have a wedding rehearsal dinner there. "Brittney" said we would have the back room. We arrived and were told they don't do reservations on Fridays. After we were told by Britney we would have the room to ourselves. We waited 45 minutes. There were going to give us the back room but then they came out and told us people were not leaving. We went back to our hotel The Hampton Inn. They allowed us to use their breakfast room and recommended another pizza location. They came thru. Coincidentally the delivery driver was wearing a superman tee shirt. It was so apropos.

Fantastic pizza place that just oozes old school pizza style. Not nearly as crowded as some of the other big pizza names around this area. The staff was super fast and friendly. We got a small escarole and white bean with hot peppers. And a special made of mushroom and sausage. Both of the pies were excellent.

Very good pizza, especially the meatball marinara! Food was fresh and the menu had some different appetizer and salad options. Definitely a must try!

Saw this place on The Pizza Show on Sunday went on Monday! As you can see we didn't even get out of the parking lot before having a slice! In a word. Delicious! I've lived in CT my whole life and can't believe I missed this gem! Highly recommend!

Place was packed on a Saturday night and the service was still fast and friendly. Pizza won't disappoint.

Forget about it, this is the best apizza in West Haven or New Haven! So fresh and tasty! Thank you.

Great pizza! Worth hopping off I-95! Staff is very friendly, pizza has a
perfect crust, (and clean bathroom!). The crumbled sausage is delicious!

Nice staff, birch beer is amazing. Pizza is really good but of course nothing compares to a NY slice or pizza.

I never knew this place existed until I saw it on a good show. Had to go. Walked in and was happy to see families gathered over good pizza. I will return. Service was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the experience.

The pizza. OMG. One of the best pizza parlor's in CT. The sausage pizza is amazing, and the bacon is something special! Even just a plain cheese pizza has a specialty to it that just makes it stand out from the rest! Definitely, definitely, worth a visit! I promise, you'll be back for more!

Stop by from NYC to Boston to see what all the noise about white clam pizza is about. It was OK. I mean its not bad but not 25$ good!

I will to stick my NYC pizza which is cheaper and wayy tastier. I dont see what the hype about white clam pizza is about.at least I tried it!

Top class pizza. Perfect crust, delicious flavors. Highly suggest, one of the best pies I've had.
