Had some issues with the ABS and ESC lights on the dash staying on. Fred Drakes replaced the speed sensor and hub, and while I had the car in I also had the tires rotated and oil changed. They had everything completed as promised.

Drakes is the best for both regular and major engine repair.

When you make an appointment they are ready for your vehicle. They have a great waiting room if no one is picking you up.

Buy the way, they have great body shop. I know because I backed into a pole and had to get rear fender repaired. Paint matched and shine was great.

Went for AC repair. They communicated well before and after diagnosis. They fixed it right, the first time, on time. That's what I look for in an auto repair facility. The AC was dead which turned out to be a temperature sensor got unplugged. So that was a cheap fix, and it shows they were honest in their diagnosis.

Exceptional service and reasonable pricing. I also appreciate that prior to any additional service was completed I was advised of the situation.

Nice group but not experienced when it comes to triubleshooting modified vehicles. They would not work on mine because it was too modified. And ny pcm would not communicate to there duagnostic computer. An experienced troubleshooter does not have to use an OBD duagnostic to troubleshoot, doesn't need a code. I think mechanics/techs rely too much on codes to pinpoint than good ole old school troubleshooting. So if you have a modified vehicle don't go to Drakes.

Great service, great prices, honest, fast and friendly. Can't ask for much else. O yea and free coffee or water while you wait.

This is not a reflection of their workmanship. I have no idea how good their service is. I went in to get an estimate for some body work for my daughters car that a neighbor backed into. They wanted to pay cash and not get the insurance involved. The person that does the estimates was not there at the time so someone else from the body shop came out and took some pictures and got my information and told me they would be in touch. After a few days i hadn't heard anything so I gave them a call. The person that does the estimates wasn't there at the time and they took my information again and said they would be in touch. After a week I decided to stop by on my way up north and see what was up. They said that the person who does the estimates is not in (surprise) and they took down my information again and said they would get back with me. Obviously, I went somewhere else where I got an estimate in 10 minutes and they are currently ordering the parts needed for the repair. I guess Drake doesn't need the business.
