Called twice to schedule service. No one picked up after being transferred both times.

Edit: Called back on the 23rd August - still no one answering.buyer beware

Mr. Ortiz was very friendly, professional, and efficient with my purchase experience. He was knowledgeable about the financial process specific to my needs and managed my encounter with unbiased professionalism and courtesy. The financing manager, Brian was patient and took time to answer all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the engagement of the Hertrich professionals and the fact that the general store manager who took time to introduce himself and offer ongoing availability of their team for any future concerns.

Had a great experience at Hertrich. As soon as I walked in with my family we were quickly greeted by the general manager and then assisted by Shawn. Originally started off in the preowned market, Shawn was able to educate us with the current rebates to take advantage of and we were able to look within the New Inventory. The process was seamless with no issues. The very next night I drove home in my brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Thank You Hertrich and Thank you Shawn! Excellent service all around.

I knew I needed back brakes but my appointment was for oil change and tire rotation the technician advised of the seriousness of needing back breaks and because I know the technician wasn’t trying to get over on me just saying I need breaks I had them give me new breaks i instead of waiting for another time thanks for being Honest

Dropped off my car and they expected it to take 1 day. It took 3. The service advisor did not communicate. Chris was off the second day so no one called to let me know. I had to call the dealership. No one would answer so I went in for an update. Horrible communication. And you can never get through to the service department. I had a door sensor problem and my warranty was over by a few miles. They still wanted to charge me over $500 for a sensor. Please see other comments about noise after a cabin filter was installed. They blew leaves on my seat which they didn’t wipe off. There were no service mats in the vehicle. And when I asked about the filter cabin noise the advisor joked about it. I had over $1500 worth of work done. The least this dealership can do is treat their customers right. Unless it’s an emergency I won’t be bringing my vehicle back nor will I purchase in the future.

The sales staff are great however the service department needs to be more considerate to the customer. If you have a mechanical problem or concern it does not feel its taken serious. Rather ppl are told 3 weeks or so for appointments by then the car can blow up. Sad

Our sale’s consultant James was very nice. He answered all of our questions. The process was very smooth we were in and out in 90 minutes. That included the dealership detailing the vehicle as well. Thanks for a great experience!

The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, Megan and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and my vehicle was repaired same day. I received an in-depth analysis of the issues with my vehicle and offered payment options, as well as a service plan going forward. I cannot recommend Megan and Jeff enough. Jeff’s leadership and care for his customers is prove.through the highly efficient team of service members.

This was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had. They had the vehicle I wanted with the right color and features. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. When I went to purchase the vehicle, I was able to submit my information ahead of time to speed up the process, and reduce my time spent at the dealership. The financing was completed seamlessly, and I was able to get in the bracket of my price range for monthly payments. Every employee I came across was smiling under their mask, and displayed high levels of professionalism. The bathroom was clean. The showroom was beautiful. Again, the salesman was wonderful. He helped me to set up the phone app, and took the time to explain each function on the app. I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager who was pleasant and well spoken. Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, and let me tell you, I love my 22 Eclipse Cross! Thank you for everything! I will be recommending this location to everyone I know! I give this dealership a 10 out of 10!

This is the first time I am not comfortable with the work done on my vehicle, and now it seems I would have to take my vehicle to New York and pay a second set of money to get the job done correctly.

Good at giving a detailed description of physical needs of car, but negligent on mechanical needs. I was advised that I needed tie rods and a left axel, but 2 days after paying 500 dollars for the tie rod job, my car breaks down for a timing belt, that no one ever even checked to see if I needed. Not to mention I paid for the parts to the tie rods in advance, and on the day of the work they said that the manufacturer doesn't make those anymore. They said they would refund my money for those parts, I waited two weeks, just to find out they never did the paper work, so I'm still waiting for my money to come back to me.

Though Megan was at at mercy of delivery people, tech, and her supervisor which delayed my vehicle returning to me by 5 days. Something more could have been done about a loner vehicle to me as this added 200 additional to my costs
