Texas Roadhouse, Middletown DE

I came in on a Sunday and it was pretty busy. Server only brought out my drink and I didn't see her again. Waited about 15-20 for no food to come out. I understand it's busy, but the server could've at least stop by the table at least once so I left. At least the rolls were hot!

I used to be a devoted customer. Yall need a new Cook. Today my son, who is 11, tried to pick the inside of his burger to eat it. It was so beyond overcooked there was a hard layer of burnt crust. His fries were undercooked. But it didn't end there. It took an hour.yes 1 hour to get our food. After we ordered. I got a steak, IA seed extra well done, it was medium at best. My daughter nearly fell asleep waiting for her food. And holy hell what did you do to our broccoli. It looked like it was there cooking for 3 days. It was burnt, overdone and mushed! None of at it. And lastly, my husband had weekend duty so he was in uniform, we never got a military discount and my son had a free kids meal coupon from school which was never taken off.
I think it will be awhile before going back. We stopped at Wendy's on the way home for food.

As always the food is the best, but we had a reservation set for 5: 15PM for a party of 9, but when we get there at 5: 15PM they tell us they don't have a table for us and we're going to have to wait 30 minutes. We weren't seated until 6: 10PM, so what was the point of calling to have a reservation?

My husband and I steak was nicely cook.tender and tasteful.precise wait rine and staff was friendly

Pretty bad when a steakhouse can not cook a steak right. $20 for a medium rare steak and it comes out like leather.

We were seated in 15 minutes even though wait was 25-30. Service was great. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious

It was really good! For the steak you're getting, I think the price is worth it. Had an awesome waitress too. My kid got the steak bites and she loved them.no fat on these daddy! We'll def be back.

Been here many times. But tonight was the worse. Food was garbage. The service was garbage. The server had an attitude was just a nasty person.

Our waitress Kaylee were amazing and very helpful she's the only reason for the extra 2 stars, food wasn't as great as it usually is so not sure what happened there

I went here on a double date and as we were finishing our food a BIG cockroach came onto the table and was about to crawl on my best friends food. When I asked for a manager everyone acted as if this happens all the time and I was told “Unfortunately they come on the trucks and there is nothing we can do. ” So just so everyone is aware there is NEVER one cockroach. Just like there is NEVER one bed bug. Especially when it’s outside of the kitchen. Just put it into perspective. Won’t be eating here again.

We were traveling through Delaware and we dress differently than most and the staff didn't bat an eye! They were respectful, kind, and very friendly, as were the customers!

The service was horrible. My food was cold, then reheated in the microwave. Although very apologetic, the server was highly inattentive.
