Wilmington 1st Walk-In

Denise took care of me. She was extremely informative and helpful. She deserves a raise, immediately. I recommend coming to this facility!

They were very professional and made sure that I got seen and tested. The nurses at the deak Tara L, Alicia and Mariah helped me with any questions that I had. The nurse with me Denese was very kind and showed me how the testing would be done.

I was just seen here a few days ago. The front desk staff was very welcoming and nice. Nicole was absolutely wonderful and such an easy person to talk to upon intake. I had to get x-rays done and Denese was my Xray tech. She was so down to earth, had great conversation while helping me be comfortable as I never had x-rays done before. She was also very informative and had a plethora of knowledge. Would recommend.

Moved here 2 years ago and has been my favorite urgent/ primary care so far. Kind and compassionate. Quick and informative. Clean waiting area with cool rooms. Would highly recommend over the other places within the area. Dr Burke Is amazing!

We had a very positive experience at Wilmington 1st walk-in. The medical care was excellent and the front of the house team was amazing. Thank you Tara and Mariah for taking great care of us from the moment we arrived and even after we left.

Extremely pleasant facility from start to finish. Brittany and Alicia greeted me at front desk professionally with smiles. Mariah was so helpful with registering in the computer. Q did not hesitate to triage me even though I informed her of how ill I was feeling on my visit. My follow up visit Nicole knew I was positive for Covid, nor did she hesitate to provided proper protocols. I can not say enough about all the Nurse Practitioners and how comfortable they have always made me feel. I highly recommend Wilmington’s First Urgent Care over all others in the area.

Everyone at this facility is incredibly friendly and kind. They took great care of me, and even called me after my visit to ensure I was getting the proper care. I’ve never had such a positive experience with an urgent care facility before. If you’re looking for somewhere to go and get proper care, this is the place to go.

All were very professional and pleasant. Which is rare these days. I was in and out in no time.

I’ve been here several times before, especially during Covid. The staff are always kind and patient. I’ve never waited more than 25 minutes which is incredible for a walk in clinic. Today I saw Denese who was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks to everyone here.

Denese was very patient and caring. She her time and explain all procedures. Also, if we had any questions or concerns she addressed them right away.

I went to the ER for a tooth ache they said it would be a 3-4hr wait.

I came over to Wilmingtons 1st and was seen within 30minutes. Denise was nice and accommodating. It’s nice and clean
