Very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything to me. Fair and reasonable pricing. The workers were very skilled and finished the entire job o 2 days.

We love our beautiful new StoneCore floors and are very pleased with the quality of workmanship during the installation and the attention to detail! The dust from removing the old tile and laminate floors was surprisingly minimal, so cleanup was very easy. So thankful that we selected 321 Floors!

You always worry that you pick the right person for the right job. So after researching my options for flooring last July, I narrowed down my options and ended up using 321 Flooring.
This time I got it right and here are my reasons for recommending 321 to anyone looking for flooring:

4) They are accommodating and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way.

Hands down the best floor store around. Rick the owner is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We shopped around for months before making a decision on our floors. 321 Floors carries only the best products! Their installer Chris and his team did an outstanding job! They were on time every day and kept the job site clean. We would absolutely use them again.

I highly recommend getting your flooring from here. They were all very friendly and helpful and the prices were better than others for similar product. I was installing flooring myself, which I have done before, but was having trouble getting it locked together. I called the store and their installer Matt took his time and came to my house and gave us a couple tips needed for the better quality flooring I was using. He was super helpful and once we knew what we were doing we got flooring done in about 2 hours. Have one more room to do eventually so will be going there.

We purchased flooring from Rick back in 2020 on the recommendation of the sub contractor from the contracting company we hired to do our complete home remodel. We lived in AZ and communicated with Rick via phone and text. Rick was very patient with us when picking out the color of the flooring we were hoping to get, and trying to do from long distance. Fast forward to 2022 when we noticed that the flooring was buckling in areas on the bottom and middle floor of our tri-level home. I called the GC who did the install and he came out and was puzzled by what was happening. He had me reach out to Rick. Rick came out several weeks later and inspected the flooring. He too was puzzled by what was happening and said he would reach out to the manufacturer. I had some back and forth emails with Ricks assistant Erika to find out what was happening with the manufacturer. Finally the manufacturer decided to send out a flooring inspector. That inspector determined that the install was not done correctly. In reaching back out with the actual contracting company; as the sub contractor had moved out of state; they claimed ‘they never use a barrier’, and they did the install correctly. I went round and round with the owner of the contracting company - sending him the manufacturer install directions, and the inspection report. They came to remove the bottom level flooring, and decided that again it wasn’t their fault. Rick was as frustrated with this owner as I was. The bottom level flooring was completely unusable. Rick told me that he would provide us free of charge replacement flooring (the original flooring was no longer available) and that all the GC had to do was the labor. We told the owner that we would buy the barrier we should have been advised to buy to begin with, Rick was supplying all the flooring and materials needed to do the job (it was decided that since the original flooring could not be obtained any longer to do a tile flooring since it was going to be different), and that they would just need to do the labor. I want to mention that this whole ordeal has been going on since March of 2022. After speaking to an attorney, and beginning the process of filing a complaint with DBPR and finding out another person is the true owner of the company and getting him involved… I have SOME resolution today February 20,2023. But Rick, Rick was a stand up guy… he did not have to provide us with new flooring, or materials… it was not his companies fault that the sub contractor did not do a moisture test, or follow the manufacturers installation instructions, or advise us we needed to purchase a barrier. But he wanted to do right by his customer. He wanted to help US in this very bad situation. I 100% recommend 321 Flooring. I also 100% recommend that you should also use them to do the install. They work with their product day in and day out, they also care about their customers. I’d like to thank him and Erika both for putting up with my emails, text, and phone calls about all the dealings with the contracting company. As well as Rick staying after hours and talking with us while picking out the new flooring he provided. He also didn’t just give us the very cheapest options of flooring to pick out either. He gave us options. Thank you Rick. Thank you Erika. We will continue to recommend 321 Floors to everyone needing flooring. Susan and Frank.

Working with 321 Flooring and their installers was a great experience. Rick was very thorough in educating us on the different types of vinyl flooring. We really appreciated the integrity and honesty in every aspect of this project. We had our entire house refloored. The installers were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. They arrived when the said they would be here to work. We had daily meetings and were given options and suggestions throughout the project. Matthew, Sam and Clayton take pride in their work which shows in their craftmanship of installing our new floors and baseboards. From the beginning of this undertaking, prep, tear out, install, cleanup and walkthrough, they had our best interest in mind the entire time.
