Tech was professional, timely and knowledgeable. Natuonal Customer Service is communicative and competent! Our area office representatives are not any of these things.

We were having a problem with our alarm. I called on a Thursday and a technician, Jerry, was sent out Friday morning! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly and efficiently addressed the issue. Great service.

System works, install was clean and quick, installers are smart and courteous and prices seem fair.

The technician was prompt and efficient and helpful! He took care of my problem (a faulty motion detector) quickly and helped me test the system.

Update: they contacted us and offered to honor what we were originally told and credit the overage.

I am very very disappointed and unhappy with this company. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and as soon as they exchange or touch your existing equipment your contract renews and starts all over again. I would not recommend them to anyone as I have dealt with them for many years, and had them come out and replace my keypad because it was wore out and they restarted my contract, as if I was never an existing customer. I’ve dealt with many alarm companies, being that I own two businesses in the Saint Petersburg Bay area and never ever have I had a problem like this with them before. They do not take your loyalty into consideration, and they will not work with you on anything. Terrible company don’t use them.

EMG was a great company for many decades. Alert 360 kicked it's loyal customers to the curb after many years. We had a personal relationship with the old technicians, especially the most tenured one Ken. We had EMG for over 15 years, during which we received the best personable service. Since they have been bought by Alert 360, and they promoted a salesman to be the branch manager, their service has drastically deteriorated, while their pricing increased. They even contacted me and threatened me after I posted my review.
If you worry about your reviews, why do not you improve your customer service and care. They need more qualified management.

The technician Derrick was great he figured out the problem quickly once he got it all fixed he tested everything and then explained what the problem was and what he had to do to repair it, he’s very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. Your company should be thankful to him as a employee.
