13Had to make repeated visits to diagnostic center for one service. They will not mail or email records, you must come in and get them. Parking is a minimum of $4 even if you’re just running in to get records. Common Baptist, do better.
Worst urgent care ever. Wrong diagnosis. 750 dollar bill for just physician examination no lab test nothing else. I paid 300 dollars for a prof. Doc. To examine me somewhere else. How they just bill 750 for a physician? Nonsense. I feel like Im robbed.
If I could put a -5 stars I would! Totally unprofessional and dishonest! I went there coughing up my lungs, I did the check in, then a nurse came and took my blood pressure, then I waited for a doctor and when she came told me I needed an x-ray but they couldn't get one on that day so she urged me to go to the ER. I had to wait again for some time because they wanted me to do some kind of video check out, in the meantime i was sick as a dog and they kept me waiting until I got up and said i was leaving. Summary of my experience: they took my blood pressure, listened to my lung and kept me waiting for nothing! All of this for $ 519!

They should be ashamed of themselves
This is another example this facility only think about making money to the expense of needy people.

This urgent care is great! Right when I arrived the team was quick to assist me. Not to mention - Dr. Mario Lopez is amazing he's knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares for his patients. More importantly he was detail oriented and diagnosed / treated me well.
I believe that with better coordination and attention to patient needs, this place can offer improved service.
Please go to a better urgent care like MEDRITE URGENT CARE IN MIAMI BEACH
They told me that they had a laboratory in the same building and I know there is but I couldn't do the tests there because the two who work at Frontday MISINFORM and this has been the experience of another person I know. I couldn't talk to another person because they block your phone.step towards the clinic This is on the 1st floor before you can go to where the consultations are The way they receive you is part of whether you stay in a place Thank you
Terrible experience, the doctors office never returns any messages, every time I need something I must go in person
I am writing to review only the customer service in trying to book an appointment. I have called on three different occasions to book an appointment. Each time I have to wait at least 10 minutes before I get through to anyone. I then get a call center that answers. After taking my information they transfer me to another call center (despite telling me they will transfer me to the office). The person who books the appointment tells me that they do not know if I need to fast before and that she can transfer me to the office. After waiting on hold now 20 minutes I have hung up on by the office. I then have to call back and get another call center. I ask my question again and the person tells me they “think” I should fast. This has happened every time I have called to book an appointment. I am routinely told someone will call me back. They never do.
We are so lucky to have this little facility BUT at the same time extremely frustrated. So many condos, residents, hotels surrounding it, we need this place! I
am thankful
to find young adults and more experienced front desk teams. But are they really trained for customer experience? Trained beyond computer and paper work activities? Lack of staffing is becoming the ONGOING excuse for every dysfunctional operative issues IN THE entire city! Cd burner at diagnostic center is broken over a week. It should be the number one quality to be hired. Broken cd burner for over a week, does it take that long to change it, OR the chain of command to replace it is that horrible?
Are teams trained for the so called patience experience? Patient experience starts with Pro active, Solutions finder, compassionate and people LOVER.
Traffic is horrible, do we have to make patients come 4 times? 1 Get their contrast drink, then appointment, then for their results, Then for their CD! Ashley and Miguel at diagnostic are such brilliant radiologist operators, dedicated, efficient, incredible bed side maners. I really enjoy Doctor Forster, fantastic follow-up and diagnostics.
But 2 months and 1/2 to have a diagnostic mammogram? Not enough doctors at the medical center either. The patient portal does not allow patients to leave messages or communicate with their medical team. Such a waste of time. Because the hoops of the phone is horribly frustrating (same at Mount Sinai and most doctors offices these days).
I come to hold accountable Baptist for not putting the effort and money deserved by this location, same for the staffing and training! Bring back mystery shopping instead of the surveys! And stop talking about customer experience without working toward it or testing it yourself!
Hello everyone, if you are looking for $1100 bill to pay, seeing a doctor with simple cold symptoms, GO THERE
I was there seeing a doctor with insurance, they said is gonna cost $75. As soon as you see a doctor they put you in XRay, this is the way how they can make MORE MONEY (that happened to me in same hospital before too) doctor gave me as a medicine COUGHING SYRUP, which you can buy at CVS for $5
And after a month l received my bill $1100
DO NOT GO THERE
Btw, before you leave the place, they put an Ipad front of your face, recording you making payment right there.
Thats why this place is always EMPTY
They are waiting for someone to go in there, so they can thief their money, when they are sick and desperate. They charge you whatever they want because end of the day, you’ll pay that bill!
Very bad, I paid 200 dollars so that they leave me with the same pain that I went with, they did not give me any medicine, the medicine they told me to buy is ready 4 hours later, BAD!

I have a small finger cyst, I have an insurance, I want it to be surgically removed. I found my network hand surgeon. I made an appointment and have visit a doctor. Before I said what is my problem I ask them if my insurance will cover it. I have a specialty doctor visit co-pay $75. So doctor said I have to not worry about, it will be cover entirely. She took a look at my finger the most 5 minutes, and then I had a x-ray done. For some reason they did not charge my specialty co-pay at that day. Later, during the week somebody called to schedule appointment and representative said they will charge me $1000 extra out of my pocket, which I have to decline. After I received $500 bill for doctor diagnosis for 5 minutes. Part of my insurance covered part did not. I have to call to Baptist Health South Florida coordinator to discuss my billing problem, I did not have a success to do so. It is very disappointing, the name Baptist Health should reflect a honesty, not money making machine. I will skip this place if for some reason I want to go to doctors, I will look somewhere else
