F45 is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. Highly effective and motivating workouts. The coaches are all great. Eddie is amazing and cares about the members. It’s a very clean gym and the equipment is very well taken care of. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now and this gym has completely changed my lifestyle. Previously, I had tried other gyms and nothing has come close to being as successful for me as F45. I can’t recommend enough - BEST decision you’ll ever make! Go team!

Having attended almost 500 classes, my experience at F45 Coral Gables couldn’t be better. From the start, I found exactly what I was looking for – a boutique gym that feels like having a personal trainer at home. Every session is a valuable resource, and I’m excited to continue beyond 1000 classes.
When I can’t go, I genuinely miss it. The gym provides a great atmosphere and a sense of community. I even met my husband there and wonderful new friendships.

I have been attending F45 Coral Gables for over 3 years and I would strongly recommend the gym to anybody looking to have a good sweat and build muscle. I throughly enjoy the workouts, always leave with my shirt drenched in sweat, and I appreciate the positive environment. I consistently see all ages and backgrounds workout at the gym and the trainers do a great job at providing as needed modifications to every workout. Eddie, the owner, has also done a great job at cultivating relationships with all members/visitors, which has helped me to feel welcome and stay healthy. Overall, I have had a great experience!

This location is awesome: from the coaches, the music, the studio, etc. I have been coming here for almost 3 years and am yet to get sick of the workouts or have had any problems with this location. There is a wide array of class times, allowing me to always make the time to come no matter what my day looks like. The great thing about F45 is that no workout is ever the same, the timing and sets constantly are changing and a membership exposes you to strength, cardio, and combo classes. I highly recommend doing a trial week here, it's only $7 your first week! There are multiple membership options, and they have a great student discount. If you are looking for a fast-pace, welcoming, energetic, fun workout class. F45 Coral Gables is the place to try!

F45 is such a great workout, I am addicted! Focusing on strength training has made me stronger (duh), has given me more energy, and has made me feel healthier all around. This studio itself is well located and offers a great view while you’re working out, given that it’s surrounded by glass doors and windows. The owner, Eddie, and all the coaches bring the right energy to every class, the playlists are always on point, and the classes are never boring. 5/5 would recommend. Love this workout!

Great studio location, friendly & knowledgeable coaches and the training floor & equipment are very clean and like new!

First time visiting the Coral Gables location! Great space, LOVE the natural light and open feel. It definitely got hot during the workout, though, but they had giant floor fans cranking. Trainers were good and offered modifications if needed. Wasn't crazy about taking an elevator, but when you become a member, I believe you get a code for the stairs. Went to a mid-morning class, and it was less than half full. There was no issue with parking at the time I went. Studio flooring had some signs of wear and tear, which left my clothes dirty (on top of the sweat, haha). Overall, it was a good experience!

The best gym around! The coaches are fun but also push you to your limit. The people that attend are all really nice. The only downside is parking as it is sometimes hard to find but the garage next door has a free hour available.

Anytime I’m stressed or sad i can put those emotions into an F45 session and feel so much better. It’s high energy, the trainers are caring, and I love the showers so I can go elsewhere after!

I love F45 Coral Gables. I started going about a year ago, and since then I'm hooked. I love it so much that I go 4 to 5 times a week. I've never felt so strong and good overall. The workout are never the same so there is no chance of getting bored. The studio is gorgeous and clean. It's large, very airy and the view is awesome. But probably the best part of the studio is the trainers. Eddie, Natalia, Erin and Sophia are doing a fantastic job encouraging everyone to push themselves and they always have an amazing attitude. I absolutely love them!

Since finding F45 Coral Gables over two years ago, I have been hooked. The guys and gals at this location are amazing. Great atmosphere. Challenging and but supportive. If you are reading this, wondering whether to go or not, GO! You will not regret it. See you there.

Best workout you can get in 45 min. Eddie runs a great place - clean gym, supportive environment. The best I’ve felt in years!
