They are very good at keeping you updated with great communication on all and any developments. I used them to purchase a home with my VA benefits the first time, and then without those VA benefits (seller didn't want to deal with VA). The company I switched from (Ducan Duo - their related mortgage company) was not working well for my wife and I.
