Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company techs came this morning and programmed our thermostat-explaining “how” at each step. We had a new compressor and thermostat installed a few days ago and I had assumed I knew how to do this. They were professional and friendly and let me know I can call anytime if we need any help with our new system. At seventy years old I have had many experiences with AC/Heating companies and Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company is absolutely the best.

The installation was done in a timely manner and with no problems at all. The price that was quoted was the price that I was billed. And everything that needed to be done was included and not an extra. They took care of everything from arranging and paying for the inspector to filing the rebate paperwork for us. This has not been my first service from these professionals and it won't be the last.
