18I call the company two weeks ago because a cable of this company is laid in my property and of my neighbors they answer me we call you for somebody go to fix the problem and never I receive a response and solution
Great job done today by Ryan. What a joy to have a technician so helpful polite and knowledgeable.
2 years of the same problem with connection going out when it rains. They have yet to fix the issue.
Do not waste your time go to charter waited a week an a half cause my internet went down then no one ever showed to fix it I just payed my bill you gotta call six different numbers to get somebody on the phone just a joke RUN TO CHARTER
Technician Alayna is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. She worked so hard for 2 hours in the heat and even had to go up onto the pole to repair the problem. She is a very diligent and hard worker.
If I could give this Company a Zero, I would. My Service has been out for 5 days. I've been calling Technical Support each day of the Outage. The only explanation I have received is a Scripted one, stating that there is an Outage in my area. This is. 2023, How is the inability to resolve an issue regarding your internet Service for 5 days even an issue? Mind you, I have yet to receive an email, call or text notification from anyone in Customer Service regarding this issue after several requests. Time to change providers.
Technicians are top notch, however; the actual customer service is a sad excuse of "customer service" countless lies, hang ups on customers, everyone reads a card and has no actual knowledge of fixing issues, hard to understand the representatives and refuse to transfer to manager. Have been a customer for 4 years.my advice find a different provider.
Fast and courteous service and install, the tech even connected my smart TV and made sure there were no issues before leaving.
Ryan what’s very professional? Had the problem fixed within just a little bit and everything seems to be working fine.
If I could provide a negative star review, I would. Switched from Spectrum and had install set up for today 7/18 (10-12). Noon shows. When I call I spend an hour on the phone constantly providing the same info I had multiple times. I have emails that show install was supposed to be completed by today at 12. That didn’t matter. Finally got transferred to a supervisor. She said she would try to expedite it. I get an email a short time later stating it was schedule for a week from today! I took time off work. I have a total hip replacement scheduled for tomorrow. I canceled my previous service due to my appt time being confirmed. No I will have no phone or internet when I return home from surgery for close to a week. Totally unacceptable! I left windstream 4-5 years ago for such lousy service (tech and customer). I thought I would give another try since new lines were just run in my area. With my experience so far, I completely remember why I left windstream to start with. Sad part
Is my mother who is 73 and lives next door to me had the exact experience with install and multiple missed and no show install appts. This company does not give a rip about its customers. I realize I’m small in the grand scheme to them, but this is unacceptable. By chance if a rep from windstream reads this, you can verify my pending order from the email I used when I left this review! Stay clear of this company. I will be checking to see if there are any other options are available for service in my area.
Can’t wait for their gov’t money to run out so we can get reliable internet. Turns out windstream and government have made an agreement to funnel covid cash so we can’t get any other internet provider in our rural town. The service is awful maybe 20mbs tops. We want Starlink!
Technician was friendly, took time to befriend the dogs, and resolved the problem promptly.
Service Guy was early which was good. He was knowledgeable about what he was doing and he got his job done in a timely manner it was very friendly
Yanet is literally the most helpful person we’ve dealt with at Windstream. We’ve been without WiFi since Monday and have struggled to get answers or help from anyone we contacted. We got sick of giving the run around and having tickets not actually opened so we called a store to talk to a real person and we’re finally getting answers. Still no WiFi but Yanet has been a huge help in actually getting someone here.
He was very polite, precise, professional, informative, and arrived at the earliest scheduled time.

If u don't pay on time it's cut off Immediately.but if u have the problem they take forever to fix.my line has been laying across our rd in the mud and rain for 2Months wifi has been in and out for the last week called and called and called won't come out to fix it.all they say is oh its water proof.well NOT.or it would have not taken 3 hours to watch 9 mins of fordge in fire.they'll take ur money but won't fix ur problems if they acure.
I have had Kinetic by Windstream internet for just over a year now and I have only had an amazing experience. The service is very consistent and very reliable. We had our first connection issue this past weekend and Kinetic was able to get to us quickly and resolved the issue. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
Very happy with the service, the technician arrived very punctually, he was professional and pleasant. My internet service was restored very quickly.
