Fast efficient repair of the fiber optic cable that is frequently cut by the county road graders and mowing equipment. The cable repair technician was very professional and a credit to the telephone company.

Poor internet speed from the get go! Why is the internet still down @3pm when they started working on the issue at 8am? ! Can NEVER get through to customer service and if I do they put me back on hold or send me to the wrong department and then the phone shuffle begins, each transfer including a new hold time of at least 15 min! I need to find a different service provider! Negative 5 stars!

Worst internet ever! They steal your money or tries too every month. We were going to get their security cameras but they were never shipped out to us and it took 30 days and still received nothing then we canceled the cameras, They still tried to charge us for something we didn’t receive!

I saw a deal online and went up there to check on it. Was told it's only for new customers. So I said my wife can be the new customer and he said it will only save 10 Dollars a Month. Then I asked what is the current bill total. I want say exactly what the bill is but above 110 and Below 120. The new deal is 29 Dollars plus 19 tax and there equipment so like 48 Dollars for the internet. For 12 months. So I saved 60 to 70 Dollars on same internet I already have. Does this sound right to you for loyal customers. After 12 months it goes up to 75 Dollars. This company needs to change its ways on how they treat there loyal customers. Do the research and get the best deal with no contracts.

The technician (Cole) was very courteous and knowledgeable of what he was doing. He had us back up and running in no time. I really appreciate him! He insured us that he was just a phone call away if we had any more problems. He's a keeper!

I had a wonderful experience with Windstream. Austin was my technician and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was friendly, professional and courteous. The product you sell works very well, I am very happy with it.

I called Windstream on Saturday AFTERNOON to question the speed of my internet. I pay for fast internet so I want fast internet! After determining that not only was it not fast.it had quit working entirely, they told me that it would be TUESDAY before a technician could come out here. The man was out here about TWO HOURS later! He replaced the modem and worked on some stuff outside, but he had it working in less than an hour. All of this stuff happened within about a 4 hour time span. I am so grateful and impressed! Thank you Windstream! Thank you Jason!

David, our technician, was a delight! He was on time, called 15 ahead of his arrival, which was greatly appreciated. He explained everything clearly and was extremely informative. David was pleasant, professional, and appropriate. He made the installation process seamless! I highly recommend David and hope that everyone gets to experience his superb customer service skills. I am new to Kinetic and look forward to experiencing continued excellent internet service.

Thomas was awesome. Didn't mind that's was in the middle of taking down Christmas decorations late, and getting some cleaning done on my off day. He was informative on my upgrade in the performance and was extremely professional, in and out.

They are very polite and really try to help you as much as they can. They are there on time or ahead of time. I've had internet with another company for 3 yrs and not once was the concerned with what or how I wanted any thing done. Thank you Kinetic.

They came at exact time they said they would be here. They where very professional. Went right to work to get the internet install. Was very Efficient in explaining the device to me. Was friendly and very nice young men.

I have been without service for a month! It's been an awful experience and I was a customer for 10 years. Yep was they can kick rocks! I been on the phone so many afternoons to only get nowhere. I even had to put on my IT skills to try tap into my own IP. I could only imagine an elderly person or anyone with no IT experience having to troubleshoot their own IP to reach their modem. As a paying customer for 10 years I should not have gone through what I have. This has affected me mentally. I have a child with disabilities and her tablet helps calm her down. Windstream you are a sorry excuse for internet service and service you have no idea what that is. I have paid you faithfully, I will faithfully find a way for you to pay me. Civil Suit, I got time I'm not streaming a damn thang. I have no service.

There was a glitch with having my service provided. Somehow my initial order was not accepted into the system so I had to wait at least five days in order to get it set up. This was disappointing.

Chris was a good technician. Quite talkative and personable.

I wasn’t given the phone number or any paperwork, and yet to have received anything via email. I would like to see a total breakdown of my monthly fees and changes.

Jesse went above and beyond for Us. He got our fiber optic cable hooked up earlier than the 29th. He was courteous and very pleasant. I highly recommend Jesse for employee of the month. Thank you Jesse
