Really cute spot in the midtown neighborhood that you’ll run into on your walk to the park. The outdoor deck is awesome and it’s really convenient to be able to get coffee and / or wine plus some good food. Grape focaccia bread!

Places like Larakin are what make Midtown great? I've been here 3 times now and each time is better than the last. Their foccacia some of the best I've had, it's so fresh and just thoughtfully well made. The iced dirty chai I had here is phenomenal and made my week! Like other ppl have said, just so much attention to detail and such a curated experience (the countertop, custom mugs, glasses, stamped to go bags.list goes on). Neighborhood favorite and weekend routine. Can't recommend it enough and I rave about it 24/7 haha

Amazing vibe with great coffee, really friendly employees, and great small plates. Excellent cured meats, rotating artisanal cheese selections, and house-made focaccia.

This patio-seating-only restaurant is also bringing the newest hipster dining craze to Atlanta: tinned fish. I was definitely skeptical at first, but I’m sold on the idea now. This isn’t your average sardines and tuna in the non-perishable section of Kroger or Publix. These are curated, imported European brands with a rotating selection of more exotic varieties of seafood: razor clams, yellowfin, mussels, etc. When served alongside the other charcuterie-style items on the menu, it’s a wonderful light dining experience perfect for a small get together with friends.

The owner is an Intellegentsia coffee company alum and that shows in the quality of their coffee. It’s some of the best coffee in Atlanta. This place is definitely in “coffee purist” territory—you’re not going to find fun, Starbucks-style drinks like blended coffees, French Vanilla Lattes, Sugar Cookie macchiatos, etc. (I say this with no judgement, by the way. I love those kinds of drinks too—sometimes a mocha Frappuccino is just perfection). What you will get is amazing coffee and lattes, hot or iced, that remind you how good coffee doesn’t have to be all dressed up and loaded down with sugar to be amazing.

The owner also likes to branch out into other areas of cuisine as well. Recently they had a weekend where they served gumbo (the best I’ve ever had), and we’re sad that we missed their recent pizza night because I’m sure it was great as well.

The wine bar piece of the establishment is coming soon (pending bureaucratic processes), but it’s more than worth a visit even without the wine bar.

Never had worse value of food. Paid $25 for a bowl of gumbo. It was not good. The shrimp was soft, the flavor was spoiled fish. Couldn't recommend less

Best new addition to our midtown neighborhood. Stop by down under on your next walkabout and enjoy the intelligentsia coffee, the creative and impulsive menu, and the always great company of fellow larakins. It’s a good time.

Wow! What a great find while we were on a short visit to Atlanta. Had delicious coffee in the morning then popped back in later that day for a few glasses of wine. The patio is the perfect spot to begin and end the day. The guy working was super friendly and had all sorts of recommendations for things to do nearby. We can’t wait to go back!

Looking for a quaint, neighborhood joint which serves delicious coffee/food? Your search is over! Larakin is fantastic. Even our dog (Lincoln) never wants to leave! Please say “Hi” to Jordan and Lacey when you feast at Larakin!

Cozy vibe inside, lots of hangout space outside. We had a biscuit and it was well made and went well with our coffees. Excited to see this when the weather is nicer!

Fantastic drip coffee using Intelligentsia beans, a fragrant Guatemalan light roast the first time I was here, now a great Kenyan.

They also offer espresso drinks, and now also offering snacks, biscuits, beer, etc.

Real attention to detail: cloth napkins, excellent butter, etc.
