Rack Room Shoes, Hiram GA

I do not recommend this place especially with the people working today (Feb, 8th 2023). They are SO rude and not very helpful! They watched us like hawks the minute we walked in, and as we were ready to leave, we were looking at socks and one associate was acting like we were going to walk out of the store with our boxes of shoes! Also during check out, they acted as if my gift card (I received for Christmas) was FAKE since it didn’t work the first time, which it did work the second time! Do not recommend! They are very rude and I will not be returning to this store!

We asked Philip for assistance on shoes for our kids and he barely helped us, walked away and them came back after 15 minutes later MAD AND COMPLAINING that all the shoes were out of the boxes. It was hard to find the right ones with his poor assistance. It doesn't surprise why many people in these reviews complained about him.

I was grabbing shoes off a shelf above my head and a employee named Philip yelled across the store that if I needed help go ask and to stop and put the shoes back then he proceeded to walk away instead of help. Then proceeded to continue yelling across the store at me. Because of this I got in contact with corporate to report Philips childish behavior.

The employee named Philip needs to be fired, he literally yelled across the whole building because i was grabbing shoes that were too high for me to reach.

It was a good day for shopping for me because I needed shoes for slip ons and shoes to enjoy working in.

Been a while since I last shopped here but it's still the same great prices BOBO 50%off! Awesome!

I was here with my service dog shopping when I ran into a child shoving a hamster in his face. When I informed an employee “Philip” I was treated horribly and shouted at about how if he removed the animal from the store he would have to remove ME from the store, when I informed him of the laws he continued to patronize me and tell me that if someone shoving a hamster in his face distracted him that he wasn’t a real service dog before we finally finished paying and left the store.

Located in a busy shopping plaza, plenty of parking and friendly staff. They did have a nice selection of shoes and there was a BOGO sale going on. We did purchase a couple pair of shoes, I will return when in the area.

Bought a pair of shoes they were mixed match and they said I did not buy them here at rack room shoes but I did and they would not do anything about it and they were real rude toward me

Customer Service is sooo good! I got my shoes on the sale and they were out of stock for my size so they helped me order them. Great shipping time too!

It's an ok shoe store theu have bogo half off. Decent selection, somewhat friendly.

I bought 7 pairs of shoes think I liked it? ! Haha. People working were very friendly and helpful with a smile. Thank you girls for being so kind. To the young girl that helped me carry my shoes to the counter. Thank you. Told her I needed a buggy!

New rules.the return policy changes every single time I go. Their selection of half off decreases alot and the shoes that are not half off seem to be quiet more expensive.

The store had a wide variety of brands and styles. The young lady who waited on me was helpful and had a sense of humor. I did buy 2 pairs of shoes! I will definitely buy another pair or two.

Walked in.employees everywhere conversing but no one asked if I needed assistance. Then I had to tell the cashier THREE times that I didn't want the before she acknowledged what I said and further advised me that she has to give me the boxes. I asked if that's something new because no other location has ever given me an issue about not keeping boxes. That question was never acknowledged.
