Joji helped us with finding our perfect living room set up. She helped us chose the right colors and was very patient with us the whole time. We will be coming back and seeing joji in the future!

I have had one bad encounter in the past and the women sales people annoy me because they follow ur every step and if I turn suddenly I’ll be tripping on them. The man we chose to help us is Barry, he’s AWESOME he stays like 20feet away from us so we can discuss privately about furniture but also have him in eyes sight if we have questions, he’s very calm and patient and friendly! Loved working with him! Highly recommend BARRY!

David was a very helpful sales associate without being pushy or overbearing. I had a great experience at this store and I enjoyed working with him throughout the purchasing process of my new patio furniture set.

Awful and terrible, they have destroyed two of the exact same table irreparably… One by knocking the top off of it, and the other by cracking one of the main supports all because their delivery people seem to get off on dropping our table off the back of their truck. So now I have two junk tables and my house is starting to get a little bit cramped because I don’t know what to do with these, they don’t want them back, and neither does the manufacturer. Why, at this point I’m considering burning them for warmth!

The worst part about it is, the second table I didn’t even find out about the damage until almost 2 weeks later just because it is a distressed table and it blended in way too well.

And to the poor fool who is probably going to respond to this, yes, we already have contacted your support service, I would rate that customer service a solid 3 out of 10 as well, hopefully you acknowledge this screwup as well.

The front desk young lady is very rude. She do not need to be answering the phone for Rooms to Go Patio Kennesaw no customer service skills what so every point blank period.
